Horrible experience. They left a bandaid in my calzone bites! My son had just took a bite and I noticed it. I went back to the store and nobody was even apologetic. An employee even laughed a bit like that was funny. Thank god my young child didn’t choke on this nasty bandaid.

This papa John's needs to be closed down asap!!! They toss the doe with there bare hands,toss it in the air and it comes back down on there bare arms!!! I've seen it with own 2 eyes!!! I saw the gut with dreads shake a guy hands that walked in the store,and returned to his station and started making pizzas,and didn't wash his hands the first. I'm a doordasher and I witness this all the time. That's just unsanitary and nasty!!! I WILL NEVER,EVER,EAT THERE PIZZA,KNOWINGLY!!!!

First time at papa John's probably will be last. Pizza was good it just wasn't as advertised. I ordered a shaq-a-roni which is supposed to have at least 60 pepperoni, this pizza was mostly chesse I bet there was only about 25. VERY

Previous location was way better. Trying to call this place for over an hour. Nobody answered the phone. I finally had to drive to the store for my delivery order. I spend a lot of money at this place, you would think that they would have some better customer service.

Went in this location today @5:20pm 10/13/23 and the food was good and the employees up front where nice but then the manager came out from the back and just started scolding the entire crew saying that they need to stop requesting days off and to refer to some app. Also told everyone that their hours where going to be cut and then started having an open back and forth with employees while they worked in front of customers about it. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This site is really slipping. Also while I was there another customer pointed out that employees where making the pizza while being on their phone and not washing their hands. All around not a good experience. At least the pizza tasted fine. Unfortunately this is the only location near me.
me and my boyfriend have been eating here maybe once or twice a week and we completely stopped because of the service and how slow it has become. we placed an order a month ago and we waited a hour and they hadnt even started on it. probably the worst service I've ever had and probably my last time going there.

The new location is kind of ridiculous. I placed my order at 11:35am today (Friday Sept 22). It has been over an hour now and it JUST finished, and it wasn’t even correct. We paid extra for stuffed crust, but the pizza we were given was regular crust. We didn’t even bother asking for a new pizza because it would have taken another hour. The staff is rude and slow, and the main gentleman working seemed more concerned with his cell phone not working than with the line of customers waiting to be checked out. This will be our last time visiting this location.

First I will say the pizza was good! It took well over 1 hour for my carry out order to be ready. You walk in and no one greeted me or asked if they could help. The guy making the dough I’m going to assume was high as he was very slow spreading dough and did get a attitude when asked for a refund, constantly pulling up his pants and chewing on some kind of plastic…but a GM wasn’t there who could do that. They kept saying there was only 2 working but that’s no reason for it to take well over 1 hour to get pizzas made. No one asked if we called in a order until the delivery driver got back and he was on the phone the rest of the time trying to call a manager I believe. The app showed my pizza was ready 15 min before they handed it to me.

When you provide order number they don’t have the same order number.No one at counter, you have to wait for one off the Cooke to answer you.This was last time at papa johns
