Placed an order online 3/7/24 around 730pm for 3 people. Driving approx 15 min to pick up. Arrived and maybe 4 cars in parking lot. Go to drive thru to pick up. They hand me a bag stapled shut with a hand written receipt. I had to remind them of a drink on the order. Employee stated their system for online orders is malfunctioning. Drive home to open bag and they left off a sandwich. Called to explain and drove back to get sandwich. When arrived I was given the sandwich without any apology and nothing said. Got home to eat after 30 min round trip and food was just OK. Probably will not be going back for a while. Place did not look busy. Not sure what is distracting employees from doing their paid occupation accurately.

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-N-Q is always a good choice! I'm never able to choose between their amazing fried chicken, and pork barbecue, so I always get a combination plate. Make sure to try their incredible Brunswick Stew! Service is always spot-on, and the dining room is clean and welcoming. I especially like the sink they provide for handwashing by their service counter. They've been providing this complimentary option since long before the pandemic. Kudos to Smithfield's!
