2/5/24 about 6:30-40 pm, I stopped to place an order for my family. When I told the young lady helping me I wanted 5 subs, I heard a voice from the back say you can only order 4 subs. When asked why Mark said “5 or more is a catering order and I need 24 hrs notice.” When asked about contact information for the owner Mark said something under his breath, before stating I could find it on google. The problem I have is this twice now that I have stopped in my work uniform and been told the same thing. But when wearing street clothes he has no problem making 5 orders. It appears that this employee is engaged in discriminatory business practices based of where I work for or he is trying to illicit a negative response for some reason. I had to drive across town to order dinner for my family. This will be the last time I dine with any of the Subways in Kinston.

This location is horrible,Everytime I got (weekly) they have no cookies and sweet tea is NEVER sweet. Wait is long. They make u wait if someone comes after you,So your finished sandwich can be sitting for awhile being you get to pay.

Apocalyptic Behaviors

Looks like the glass hasn’t been cleaned in years. Don’t change gloves from register to food and this just has to be the most depressing subway places ever. It has potential to be nice.

I went in there for lunch today while the two girls who were making the sandwiches were absolutely wonderful very helpful knew what they were doing however the man behind the counter who I’m assuming is a manager isn’t very good. He doesn’t know how to explain it doesn’t know how to work the register very well needs more training.Also I got a drink from the fountain and those need to be desperately cleaned they look like they have mold and then I threw out my drink.

My wife and I stepped into this establishment and the first thing the guy working there said "you put your mask on" first of all no one tells us what to do and second of all my wife has breathing issues. I hope he's reading this because he doesn't talk that way to us

This place was dirty rhe 2 guys were rude and they wouldnt sever us because we were Republicans. Avoid this place the food looked like it had been there for hours. It was dry and old looking. Will never go back.

I want to put zero stars. Adult daughter went in to order 7 sandwiches for our family. Unable to order more than 5! No one behind her waiting. “Policy.” Why? Had no answer. So 2 folks are without the expected sandwiches. Business will go elsewhere. Will report and question with corporate. Ridiculous.

I am totally dissatisfied with this particular Subway!! Attitude as soon as I walk in...I am ordering a grilled chicken salad, and just want a few items on it, but want Xtra onions. You would think I asked for a million dollars!!! Even more attitude!! Sorry, we can't do that. What?? If I'm paying for it, why not??? No different than me getting every single topping that you have!!! You can keep your food...I can get better customer service elsewhere?

Because they not following the guidelines the sign said 4 people only there was more then 4 people inside the building the other customers got on my co worker cause he didn’t had a mask on well I think if they complain about him not having a mask then the employees at subway need to tell them other people in there that they need to only be 4 people inside
