Pulled up to the drive thru, there was one car at the speaker. We sat there for what I would consider an excessive amount of time waiting for the one car in front of us to place their order. Eventually the car pulled forward and I pulled up to the speaker. After spending a good amount of time waiting at the speaker, and while I could hear crackling like someone keying up to speak, no one ever answered the speaker.I pulled forward to the drive thru window thinking the speaker must be broken and spoke to a young lady with blue hair. I said I think your speaker is broken, she immediately copped an attitude and said "No, you didn't give me enough time to take your order"I replied to her attitude by leaving and driving across the parking lot to Chick-fil-A and ordering the Lord's Chicken.Whoever own's this Wendy's needs to get their $#*^ together or accept that they're going to continue to lose business to the point they'll eventually close all together.If I can say anything positive about this Wendy's location as bad as it is the Wendy's on Herritage is far worse.

I asked for a plain hamburger with nothing on it which I have gotten before and the girl asks me what kind of hamburger do I want. I said plain with nothing on it. She says what hamburger do you want, Dave single, double, triple, bacon cheeseburger. What sense does that make. A plain hamburger is a plain hamburger.

I’ve only been to this location a few times and it has been pretty good. Today was a little bit different but not bad. Several soft drinks and sauces were out and unable to be ordered. The intercom in the drive-through to order food was also not working I will say that the lady at the drive-through window was very friendly and assistive. I was also a little disappointed in the fries, they were not hot at all.

Ordered THREE breakfast combos. Asked for one meal to be a large w/ a coke and the other two meals w/ unsweet tea. They did not hand us the hash brown and we caught that before leaving but did not receive our large which we didn’t catch before leaving: We also received SWEET TEA, TWO STRAWS,TWO COLD SANDWICHES and ONE NO BACON that was supposed to have bacon. I get mistakes happen but this was absolutely ridiculous the lack of attention to the order they CONFIRMED. We absolutely love Wendy’s breakfast but this was a horrible choice for today’s breakfast.

A very bad experience with the cashier who served was racist towards us only because we are Spanish because then a white man arrived and he did very well, he treated us as if we were ignorant and spoke disgustingly to us, he spoke very ugly to us, take action and Selene talks to the people They are all treated equally regardless of sex, race or color, thank you

95% of the Wendy's that I go to have horrible service. This one is no different we sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. This isn't a one-time thing this happens at almost every Wendy's I go to. Where is the accountability? Where is the customer service? By now I should be used to the fact that I'm going to be disappointed with the service when I go to Wendy's. Reset waiting for our food for almost another 10 minutes.

Restaurant was dirty. Soap dispenser in men's restroom was missing, so no hand washing taking place. Staff was slow and clearly not happy to be at work. But food was good. Will not visit again.

Why is it so hard to get an order right? I order 3 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks. You dump the fries on the sandwiches and I don’t see that I am shorted one until I get home. I can’t go back because you can’t even give me a receipt. It is somewhat of a rhetorical question but , “Why is this so hard for you?” You have a simple job. Look at the screen and put the items on the screen in the bag. That your staff cannot complete such a simple task begs the question as to whether or not you should even remain open. As a manager one of your primary task is to ensure that your staff are properly trained. You have failed in that task.
