Very good price, I have been a customer for several years but today I decided not to recommend coming to Knigtdale and today they lost me as a customer. The girl who gave me her today. "Attention" CLARA is her name, she does not know about customer service, much less kindness, she does not look at the customer, it is obvious that she does not like her job and I suggest feedback to the staff since these businesses are what they are because of the customers and if they do not serve us well, it is better not to return.When you crossed the doors you wanted to return just with your look and the Napkins were practically thrown away which you can review on the cameras today March 3, 2023 at 12:35 MD

Prices are ridiculous, nachos are $5 & they barely put any nacho cheese & when I asked for more they charged me an extra $2 when i can get nachos for $3 else where, will not be going back

The ice cream was good. They have a wide range of flavors to choose from. I got strawberry, my roommate got banana (she didn't like hers as much). The music was super loud, and the ice cream was too pricey. Also the caramel tasted weird like it was old or something. But what I disliked most is that they didn't scrape/clean the tray after preparing each batch of ice cream rolls.

Decided to treat myself by trying the Mangonada after work today. It was horrible and the mangoes were harder than carrots! I politley called the store to explain my experience and ask if I could swing by next time I'm in the area to get something different. After a few employees went back and forth while I listned on the phone, a man who I assume to be the supervisor said there was nothing he coud do and I got no apology or anything. Do not reccommend.

Treated my children to ice cream cones today and this so far is a favorite spot! Employees were very nice and even complemented my 7year old’s Spanish when he ordered! Will definitely be going back!
Great variety of menu items! Wish they had more seating area. They have a ton of options! The tv screens help to visualize what you might want looks like. Will be visiting this place often.

This place is overratedFor a 10+ banana split I would think for them to put the basic toppings on a traditional banana splitThe ice cream flavors aren’t all thatMaybe I’m just not ordering the good stuffGot our ice cream order wrong after pointing to the specific ice cream was given the incorrect one didn’t realize it until we were eating it .. music is so loud can barely hear the employees responses. They seem very slow compared to the heavy traffic they get in here should definitely get quicker employees. They just seem lost like they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m surprised this place is busy as it is the menu has potential but from what I’ve ordered when I come here. I don’t see what the hype is about.

Fried Oreos were delicious! Fast service even though they were busy. It’s a small place, there were only two tables outside and a few bar stools inside (& the music inside was pretty loud).
