Edit update:After me and my husband's horrible incident 3 years ago (salt&peper hambuger bun, fly in coffee), BK now has better service. The food is great, employees are awesome, got orders correct.

Went to drive thru after work. The employees have obviously never been told what customer service is. They were not rude,but they do not know how to treat customers. All my food was cold & old. I threw most of it in trash after spending my money on it. I will not be going back. This was in Laurinburg NC around 9 pm.

Absolutely absurd how they can never cook my food fresh to order but tell me it is every time and proceed to rudely fix the food that I ordered and rolled their eyes when I asked for my sauce. I'm sorry but your rude employees lack of willingness to listen or perform their job does not constitute an emergency for me and I shouldn't have to pull over to sit and additional 20 minutes for food I ordered at the speaker.

Stopped for breakfast on Nov 25. Drink machine wasn't working, but they didn't tell me that until after I paid for drinks. (Sweet tea was only option) No biscuits. The thing they call a croissant was stale. The sandwich looked puny and sad. I won't be going back to this location.

The store is always clean on the inside. The service is pretty decent for the town, but the food is a 50-50 chance. You might get some good food one day. You might get bad food the next and they don't never have no damn toys with their kids
