I asked for hot sauce on my BBQ and slaw on the side. They put a half of cup of slaw on my plate and dumped the other half of it on my sandwich. Why with no not sauce.

Cashier had a bad attitude she was doing things she shouldn't have been doing like telling me to cut my engine off or she wasn't taking my order. talking back to the staff inside with the attitude that she wasn't going come help bag orders and some it throw the whole experience off

I had order there a few minutes ago and I received a plate and the tenders had burned through the plate and the grease from the tenders had fell on my finger and burned my finger and then as they were handing out my food they had forgotten my drink. It didn't seem like they were busy so I don't know why they forgot my drink. Also saying my card couldn't go through knowing that my card wasn't locked and that it was perfectly fine at my work place.

They waited on 8 cars in other lane before taking orders in 2nd lane & that was after they heard us yelling through other speaker. We could barely hear the lady taking the order. When we got to the window she was very rude & had no customer service skills whatsoever. Horrible service!!!! This is not the 1st time.
Cook Out In LAURINBURG NC sucks,We went to cookout last night, walked up to the window, So the Lady finally came to the window and said sorry this window is closed, u got to go threw drive threw,so we went to the drive threw,and OMG WE WERE IN DRIVE THREW FOR A 1HR AND 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE COULD EVIN ORDER. Food was good, but they put tomatoes on my burger which I specifically asked not to be given. My order took almost 20 minutes, I think they forgot about it. I ordered from the walk up window, and the cashier asked the kitchen about my order two different times before they finally cooked it.

I’m so tired of Cookout in Laurinburg NC 28352. Every time I go there they always serve such poorly made food. I even had an employee to argue with me because I ordered double fries as my two sides but my tray only had 12 fries on it. The employees and service is just unprofessional!
My cashier was Hysona. Attitude from the start. Handed me a wad of napkins. Said HERE! Then got pissy with me when I had to ask for my change which was $1. She made sure it fell on the ground. Lazy, poor attitude. Uneducated. Don't worry about me going back.

They done good, considering 4 of us ordered at the window. They left out 1 thing and when we told them, the look on the girls face, got to me. Not everyone lies about something missing in their order. Maybe a little more profession should be used, even when they think your lying.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but the employees are miserable and treat guests terribly. Our receipt says Tyra was the cashier and I can tell you, she’s got a terrible attitude. The girl who handed us our food, shoved it out of the window at us and had major attitude when we requested sauce for our chicken. It costs nothing to be kind to people, even if you hate your job.3 stars is for the kitchen staff who are pumping out delicious food. Thank you!
