Food is good but everytime I go on the inside even when nobody else is on the inside they will have 3 people taking orders with the head phones and tell me they will get to me soon. 10 to 15 minutes later I'm still waiting. So horrible inside service. I literally just left there after waiting 10

I ordered a mochachino and avocado toastThe bread wasn't even toasted and the coffee was barely warm. Didn't realize it was mocha til the last two sips where it was sitting in the bottom of the cup. And had to pull up and wait for it to be brought out to me.Very disappointing

I've been to a lot of Dunkins, and Laurinburg has got it right! Beautiful new store (since my last visit a couple years ago). Bright, clean, and modern. Lots of seating, including a tall table. The staff are friendly and the food comes fast. Way to go!

I was in about 30 min ago and I just want to say that the two women that made my coffee and my croissant sandwich, they did their thing with this one. The whole crew was incredibly nice, even with a busy building & drive-thru. The coffee came out super fast & my croissant sandwich… I just can’t get over it. The way the cheese pulled a part was a 11/10. croissant was crunchy and soft at the same time that I didn’t understand it. My review is a 6/5. I would go back just for those two women to make me the same thing. <3

It took these clowns 18 minutes to prep a bagel and a wakeup wrap. 8 employees, 7 standing around doing nothing. One worker was staring blankly at the menu - one can only wonder what amazing thoughts were going through her head.

We recently moved to this location and have ordered from DD several times. Each time we have done a mobile order only to get to the location to find out they don't have what I've ordered. They don't offer a replacement and can't give a refund. They are as bad as Mcdonald's about not getting an order correct or not having what you want. I have always loved DD but this location is going to force me to go back to Starbucks.
Very good experience the ladies are awesome and has very good customer service. I will definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: This is definitely kid friendly. My kids love the ice cream, donuts and etc.

The morning manager is beyond rude, snotty, and ignorant. I asked for a large cup of ice. She refused to give me one. So I said...I'll pay for a large cup of ice. She continued to refuse to sell it to me. Finally, I ordered a large sweet tea with extra ice and told them to hold the tea.... she brilliantly replied..." I'll have to charge you for that "...I offered to pay for it straight off the bath... not the brightest crayon in the box. Another day I asked for a large coffee refill, however my refill cup has already been used that morning so it wasn't clean and I asked for her to just put it in a regular cup but showed her that I did in fact have a refill cup.... she acted like a complete fool about it. The Dunkin in rockingham has NO issue if you need a cup and they are my daily store. The donuts in laurinburg are ALWAYS stale.... No matter what time you get them. Rockingham they're fresh in the morning and always have my order done perfectly!

Recently had egg & cheese on english muffins. Absolutely disgusting! How ignorant do you have to be to not toast an english muffin? Note: they taste like raw dough if not toasted. One more reason not to go to Dunkin Donuts. Laziness is not acceptable. This is not rocket science.
