Had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru even though it's saying their open now at (5am) one lady was asking to take my oder when another lady comes on speaker saying we not taking orders right now. Hate the kiosk, so impersonal. Order was made incorrectly, partially. Ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers with no ketchup. One was correct one was loaded with ketchup. Stood at counter for a refill on Lemonade and ignored by several workers until finally we spoke up and they acted dumbfounded. Thus is where we are though, no good customer service exists.
