I do go to ARBY'S frequently because their food is usually served fresh and it's usually tasty. After food shopping I stopped at Arby's to pick up a quick sandwich so as not let my ice cream melt. I was told to pull over and wait.After a few minutes, Bobby came out with my hot food. I kiddingly asked him if he had done the cooking too. And he said yes. Wow.I found out that there were only 3 people working and doing the jobs of 7! I was impressed. Bobby, Nancy, and Lexi could probably choreograph for Broadway. Regardless, I think they deserve a raise! What great kids...read full review

Service was quite slow in drive-thru with only 1 vehicle in front of me at lunch. I bought a roast beef sandwich combo and they went really cheap on the curly fries. Didn't even fill the box. C'mon Arby's, potato's are cheap and since I paid over $11 for the combo, could you have at least filled my box with fries? On the bright side, the food was good, just felt ripped off a bit.
