Okay Arby's...I'm very disappointed! Do you think that you are fooling anyone by downsizing your shakes? $5 for a large shake is great. But...I didn't get a large! I got a medium...maybe. Going to Cook Out to spend my money on a shake from now on

A new Arby's on Rt 74 near I-140 Leland N.C. It was good food but they didn't seem organized yet., they were out of strawberry shakes and curly fries that I know of. Friendly staff.

Anytime I have been to this Arby's location there has always been a wait time to take order and then for food, they have messed up on my order total the majority of time, and food is always COLD. And then when I take it back and tell them they always give me more but still cold. Last time I was there I had to take my daughters cheesesticks back 5xs I finally just asked that they give me my $ back. The outside was hot but inside was barely unfrozen. And anytime I have had to do that the employees usually act like I'm being rude to them and have a bad attitude. I have tried to give it chances but the last time I went and had the cheesestick mishap I have not went back. I go to the convenience store because they are awesome overall

We waited a long time for our food only to recieve cold old fries that are not even filled. It is too bad it won't let me post the picture. The sandwiches we ordered were also cold. This isn't the first time I've had a poor experience there. They need better management.
