Made a order anddrove across town(23min), just to find my order had not even been started. I understand busy, but with 1 pizza in the oven, 1 on assembly and 5-6 ppl. But it would still be at least 20 min longer...

Dominos can't afford drivers no more? My delivery order was canceled at this location because of no drivers. Went and picked up the pizza after 45 minute wait and it was undercooked and doughy. Stay away from this Dominos!!

Ordered delivery which we’ve had multiple times before and they cancelled our order without any notice. When we called they were incredibly rude and said we were way outside their delivery zone (it’s a 10 minute drive) and hung up on me.

Hesitant to go because of the reviews. Ordered online, everything was great. It took a little longer because it was a Friday, but no more than 30 mins. I imagine reviews are bad because they didn’t have staff, but it looked fully staffed just a ton of high school aged kids working. The male manager was running around handling things smoothly. I would go again. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a pizza 11/2 at 11:20pm never showed up. Ordered a pizza 11/3 at 11:05 they said 30 -35 minutes, call at 12:00 and they say another 35 minutes. Hour and a half for a delivery 1 mile away.

Worst service iv ever had from any pizza establishment. They should at least know how to cut a pizza. Called to tell them about it and all he said was "yep alright". Also the delivery guy Jonathan seemed to of had an attitude when handing over my order.

Placed an order through the app and somehow my order got sent over to the village Road address. Went back through the app to re-order, my coupons were gone. I called the store, explained the situation, and they told me to call customer service and that they couldn’t simply place the same order I had and add the coupons manually. Customer service? Really?! Ridiculous. Idiots.
I didn't have a big problem here before but now we keep having issues. They are taking longer and always missing items but today I ordered two 16 piece boneless chicken and the pieces were the smallest I have ever sen plus waiting an hour 1/2 and them getting my drink wrong. It's getting harder to ignore the little mistakes.

I understand short staffing is an issue, but two hours for a pizza that gets canceled by a rude person that answers the phone without any form of apology is not cool. Digiorno it is

Terminate Jasiah ASAP! Over 2 and a half hours for delivery. The store was unreachable by phone to cancel my order. Who cares if it’s a franchise. It still bares Dominos’ name and brand.

They really need to work on the accuracy of their delivery times. For the last order I made online, it said the delivery time was 40 - 50 minutes which was a reasonable wait time. I ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours. If it was just me, no big deal, but I ended up making something at home for my kids so I could bring them to bed on time.
