“Due to a mistake on my end, I accidentally slammed Farm House Kitchen with a catering order for Teacher Appreciation Day at 7:30 am. Not only did they whip together a fantastic order in less than 10 minutes, but they were so kind and understanding! The Chef was happy to help me create an order on the fly that met the needs of our teachers. The other staff jumped right in to help. I can not tell you how appreciative we are of the outstanding kitchen and front-of-house staff! The Indigo Forest Academy crew appreciates you all very much! The breakfast was perfect! Thank you :)“

“I ordered from their truck outside of Seagate Bottle Shop while there for trivia night. I got the brisket sandwich with the pasta salad side, and it was honestly incredible. I believe it was an aioli of some kind that acted as the sauce on the sandwich, which was loaded with meaty (not too fatty) brisket and cheddar cheese. The bread was toasted to perfection as well, to check the texture box. The pasta salad was a flavorful and refreshing side, to change it up from the traditional greasy fries. Also -- they're awesome people and gave their best, honest recommendation on my order.“

“My friends/family have eaten here for breakfast/lunch several times and twice for dinner. Staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. Menu is fairly varied, and we have not had any issues with the way the food is prepared or tastes. The kitchen does need to pay closer attention to the orders put in. On two occasions, one of our parties asked for accommodation to her order, which was noted by our server. However, when the order was brought to her, she had to send it back as it was prepared without the requested accommodation. Otherwise, we always have a good experience.“

“I’ve visited Papis Chicken several times and I have always been pleased with each dish! I got the half chicken, fried rice, and black beans. All was good, but that chicken is 5 ⭐️ worthy! If you want some of the BEST chicken in the Leland/Wilmington then you got to visit Papis! Also the atmosphere is awesome to dine in and there is plenty of parking! Service is always top notch ?? “I visited wok & Roll in Leland and ordered a Sesame Chicken with Shrimp Fried Rice, Szechuan Beef with white rice, Egg Drop Soup, and steamed dumplings. This is my rating for each dish: Sesame Chicken 5 Szechuan Beef 4 Egg Drop Soup 4 Steamed Dumpling 4.5 Out of 5 I would give Wok & Roll 4.5 One of the best Chinese express that I have had in the Leland area, and would definitely recommend! Customer service was top notch with a very welcoming atmosphere. There is also plenty of parking since the location is in a shopping center! You definitely need to try Wok & Roll“

“Applebee's used to be a favorite for us in the 80s and 90s when we lived up north. It was predictable and we always left satisfied. After a horrible experience in Conway, SC last month, we decided never to patronize Applebee's again. Then we saw a TV advertisement for the current Two for $25 promotion. Friends in Stafford VA enjoyed the meal at their local Applebee's and shared their decent chain restaurant experience. We were convinced to give Applebee's another chance. We now live in Georgetown County SC, and we were definitely not going to Conway. We Googled and found Leland to be our next closest location. We had the afternoon totally free, so we ventured north on 31 and 17 to Leland, and we were so pleasantly surprised. We were greeted and seated by a smiling hostess. Our amazing waitress, Beth, came over to introduce herself and take our drink order; unsweetened ice tea and water with lime and lemon slices. She returned with drinks and answered all of our questions on the special and offered garlic green beans as a substitute for broccoli. We both ordered the special skillet 6 oz steak over garlic mashed potatoes with green beans. Our appetizer was our first try on boneless wings. Beth brought the wings quickly and we are them with a knife and fork. They were essentially just decent quality chicken nuggets with garlic and shaved Parmesan, yet filling and delicious. Beth brought our main course and refilled our drinks. She came back to check if all was prepared well. Both of us were full halfway through our meals, and Beth cheerfully brought us take out containers, and to-go cups for new drinks. That will be a good Saturday breakfast! Beth, and the Leland Applebee's has renewed our faith in corporate chain eateries. We usually patronize local places at the beach, and love a high end experience often as well. Beth's expertise may lead her into a more sophisticated setting. I can see her doing well at a Morton's or a Ruth's Chris, or any of the finer restaurants along the Atlantic coast.
