I'm REALLY disappointed in where Applebee's going. I had my first Oriental salad in years. It was a HUGE disappointment, they changed it. One waitress had many huge rips in her jeans, wasn't wearing a AB shirt, but very nice. Our waitress was horrible. We never got our receipt back. The lunch crowd was the busiest I've seen though. The bucket drink was a HUGE disappointment and a rip off. It was small and who wants to drink out a bucket? If it wasn't for the spinach artichoke app, which is the best I've found yet, I would quit hoping my visit would be better than the last. I also HATE the chicken tenders. I can get them out of any freezer section in America. When I go to a restaurant it's to get something a step above my own cooking.

Server evidently didn't want to do his job after we was seated was told by him it would be 45 mins for food. After waiting 20 mins to be seated,sounds like he was running the place instead of the manager,he only had 4 tables in the section with others already eating. We overheard him making the call to the hostess that he was increasing the wait time.

I'm not normally a fan of chains like this, but the wait staff really make this place and the kitchen really great with what we ordered.Our waitress was very attentive to detail, was exceptionally nice to my 7 year old daughter, and made great recommendations.The chicken I ordered was juicy, my wife's steak was cooked exactly how she wanted it, and my daughter said she loved the chicken Sandwich she picked out. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dinner on a Tuesday evening. Server, Rebekah was the right mix of efficient, professional and personable. ???? My ribs were great as was the slaw, but the garlicky green beans were very salty & peppery. My husband said his chicken wonton tacos were very good, as was his side salad. One thing I really appreciate about this restaurant is that they don’t blast the music. If we lived in the area, we’d be sure to return.

We have not been to an Applebee's in years and arrived at about 3:30 on Monday. Dashara not only greeted us at the door, she was behind the bar and was our server! She was very kind, helpful and efficient. The food was great. I had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Hubs had the Buffalo boneless wings and the ribs. We were very happy and had leftovers. Also, had wine and a cider. Next time, per Dashara's suggestion, I'll try the sangria. Thank you, thank you, Dashara!!!

We have come 3 times and the service continues to decline. We waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged for seating. We sat another 15 minutes for someone to get out drink order. We ordered drinks, apps and our dinner all at once. He brought 1 drink, but no beer, came back with apps, but no utensils, plates or napkins. When I asked he returned with plates. I asked for napkins and silverware and he returned with napkins. Finally silverware arrived, but still no beer. It has now taken 20 minutes for 1 beer.This could be a great restaurant, but management does not know how to run a restaurant. Food is good, but that's it.-5 stars
I love the bourbon chicken, I don't like the portions they give on some things especially for the price.
