I went today, cashier named Tabitha on cotton Grove. I ordered 2 biscuit meals. She asked for the sides but didn't ask for the drinks and when I told her the drinks she added them on separately. When I pointed out that I ordered meals she pointed out the dollar combo discounts for the sides and proceeds to say she didn't hear me say the drink. I pointed out that she did still charge me for the coke and tea, then she tells me she's going to get her manager. The manager comes up and just sticks her hand out the window and says 5.11 handing it to me telling us to pull forward. It felt very rude and I just don't understand why that happened anyways cause she clearly got my drinks on there and clearly made it a meal with the sides but didn't add the drinks. When the cashier come out she told me they are short staffed so I think someone needs a heads up

I hadn't been to Biscuit King in years. I specifically went to get a grilled cheese sandwich as they were great years ago. The cashier was very friendly, and the establishment was clean. The food is made to order. The french fries were good. The grilled cheese, not so much. It was dry. Not buttery. I was disappointed. If I go back, I'll have them add more butter.

I drove from Sarasota Florida and visited my cousin Shannon who works for Biscuit King in Lexington NC off Main Street a few weeks ago and this place has the best biscuits and breakfast hands down. The biscuits are very big and you get your money's worth. The service was also excellent and we felt so welcome. My daughter and I both loved the chicken biscuits, gravy & biscuits, hot ham and cheese and the scrambled eggs. I even took home a dozen biscuits to Sarasota FL when I was on my way home. Next time I will get the country ham biscuit when I visit.
