Placed order on app to pick up inside store at 3:10pm They didn't have no dirty rice, it was cooking with a 20 min wait time.The persons then says we have anything else, so I asked for mashed and gravy, and the mashed were dried up and crusty!Had to tell them to just give me fries.They didn't even offer to comp a soda or something else for the hassle.

I've used this location several times since it's the only one close to where I'm located. The food is usually fresh and hot except for the fries. EVERY time I order at the drive-thru my order is incorrect. Luckily I caught it the first time recently when I stopped by after a long break from fast food. I didn't receive what I ordered. So I went back around to the drive thru and they wanted me to wait for the 3 or 4 cars ahead which I said no my order will get cold. After the guy loudly sighed the other one that waited on me brought my side order out to me. The next "3" times my order was incorrect again. Missing my extra side order and straw or utensils. Tonight I thought I could make it fool proof and simply ordered "2" 3 pce supremes with one side of pintos the other with dirty rice. Dummy me didn't check and live further out of town and discovered I was given cold fries in both orders after i got home. SMH! How hard is it to get it right??? The receipt plainly showed my correct order. Frustrating to say the least so my advice is to be sure to check ur order BEFORE u leave the pick up window. Also will mention the young girl always came across as impatient or annoyed when I let them know my order was fulfilled incorrectly. No I didn't have an attitude myself but I will definitely not be going back for awhile.
