Placed an order from the online catering site for a business meeting a few miles down the road. Showed up about 45 min early, let them know my timeline, and when I needed the food to be ready. Pulled out a computer to get some work done in the meantime. The staff came over and offered to get me a coffee while I waited. When the time came to get my order, they were right on top of it, had the food ready and hot. Could not have asked for a better experience, setting a great mood for the meeting and the rest of the day.Parking: The parking lot is kind of weird to access at this Chick-Fil-A. They have a secondary entrance/exit blocked off so you have to circle the lot to get in. Blocking the entrance actually improves the flow of traffic through the drive through, but the unnecessary circling of the building both to get in and get out is a bit cumbersome.

The 2 drive throughs were backed up to the entrance, so I decided to go inside and the line was backed up to the door and the dining room was full. I noticed the people parked in the front that used the mobile app for pickup were getting their orders pretty quickly! So, I decided next time I go there. I'm going to use the app. When I left, it was hard to navigate my way out and ended up going out, the in. Had to back up somehow without hitting people but I got out eventually. We eat at this chik fillet often and give them lots of business. This is not the 1st time I've been disappointed but I thought enough is enough. My daughter and I went this evening. She ordered large fry which cost extra and it was NOT a large order! Nearly smaller than a medium!! Ridiculous. Too, the chicken filets are tiny compared to all other chicken fillets...they don't even fill up your bun! I'll have to start going to Zaxbys. As expensive as chik fillet is....they should do better.
