I always order from this location. Usually have good service my only complaint is about your on line app. Suppose to get a free emergency pizza with an online order for use later. This is the 3rd order that I have not received my free emergency pizza coupon with. I have ask at the store but they say I'll ask my manager and find out and text you. Well still no response and no emergency pizzas to use later.?? Don't advertise it, if your not going to honor it

We ordered 3 pizzas and two sides. Upon arrival Taylor who made the pizzas told me one was burned and they were remaking it for me. An inconvenience but I didn't mind as it seemed they were taking care of me. The pizza to be remade was a simple medium cheese. In a few minutes the pizzas out and I am on my way. When I get all the way back home I unbox my food to realize the other two pizzas, notably more expensive pizzas are also burnt. And now because of the wait, cold. It was very frustrating to say the least. Why not just remake the entire order, or more importantly why not make sure the pizza I paid an upcharge for was at least edible. The pizza was so burned, dry and cold it could not be salvaged. And to be intentionally deceived by the employee was the final straw for me. I will NEVER visit this location again and I urge you all to look at any pizza Taylor makes you before you leave. HORRIBLE
This is the only location I get pizza at weekly. I use the app and it’s always ready when I arrive and AMAZING quality. The staff really put attention to detail on your orders. I highly recommend this store and it’s employees need a raise immediately for the quality they put out each week!

Got to say Taylor is the best pizza maker around! From where I work, center st is closer, but I still have to visit you guys for pizza because of the above! Buffalo chicken pizza with just the right amount of buffalo sauce! Thanks Taylor for making it the best it can be. The whole crew on days rock!

I've been to this location more times than I care to admit and have always had great service. I love using their website to place an order. Super easy to navigate and love the easy reorder option. I leave immediately after placing the order and by the time I get there it's almost always ready. So far, we have not had any issues with our food. Also, the employees have always been kind and greet me right away when I walk in.

Just received the absolute worst Philly steak sandwich. Hardly any meat and burnt to a crisp. Terrible!!!
