We did delivery, taking that into consideration, however from what I saw on the app the driver left the restaurant and came straight to our home. The driver was great too, absolutely no complaints there.The food was ok, I guess, but it was cold. Everything was cold, nothing had any warmth to it at all. It had been hot at one time, cheeses were melted, the fries and onion rings had spots of grease in the containers.We'll probably try the restaurant in person next time, but the delivery was disappointing to say the least. I'm guessing the food was made and sat waiting on the driver to arrive or it took a while to get the order to the driver.

I ordered a milkshake and I dont believe they know how to make one....because it was thicker than a concrete....also the floors were extremely nasty and it was early lunch....bad impression if you cant keep the floors clean...how are you at preparing my food.......just

I went inside and ordered yesterday and the manager crystal was amazing! My food came our with onions and I don't eat onions and crystal fixed it fast and without any problem! The GM lynn comes out and talks to the customers to make you feel right at home!! All of the employees are kind and give service with a smile! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

[dine-in around noon on a Tuesday] Goodness, there’s a lot of negativity towards this location. I enjoyed my ordering experience, the time it took for them to prepare my food, & the taste of myyy food was good!My fiancée’s grilled chicken & our friend’s jalapeno burger tasted too salty. Our custard & shakes were definitely the highlight of our meal!

If your in person they are decent but if you order for delivery DO NOT ORDER FROZEN ITEMS they will never arrive. This is my 3rd attempt at ordering deliver and have never received a frozen item. I am not sure if this is Freddy's or door dashes fault but I literally added delivery instructions to ensure all items were picked up and the receipt had bold DO NOT FORGET CUSTARD and yet still some how I am without my root beer float....I have called corporate and received no response. I have paid over $20 for frozen items I have not received. Freddy's blames door dash and door dash blames Freddy's and yet I still have no refund or anything. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE.

I stopped in so that my husband could have the experience of Freddy's burgers. I had a mishap with my food and Crystal made it right immediately, no questions asked, no attitude, nothing but politeness. I don't know the other lady name , but she ? I'm so sorry . I will definitely come back.
