Best experience I’ve ever had at an IHOP. I’ll drive 20 minutes to this one over the one near my house. Whoever the manager lady is she’s the best. She genuinely cares for customers and service.

Easter lunch was even better because of the delightful staff and manager we encountered at this restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. The facility looked great. The staff was polite and friendly from the waitress to the cook to the manager as they answered the many questions from my young son. We will eat here again.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly meals. Staff very receptive to kids with questions.

While traveling home South off 85, I decided to take a detour into Lexington for breakfast. I chose IHOP for a quick meal. Upon arrival, I was promptly seated and warmly greeted by the staff. My waiter, Jeremiah, provided excellent service--attentive, professional, and checking in periodically to ensure I had everything I needed. I ordered the breakfast sampler, which included two eggs cooked to choice, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, ham, hashbrowns, and two buttermilk pancakes. Everything tasted good, with no complaints. I left IHOP feeling satisfied with a full stomach. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at IHOP.

Take a whole hr to get the food ready sent me one syrup and one spoon for just two orders of pancakes through door dash! This place is pathetic and slow
Our server took our drink order and then disappeared for 20 minutes.When she returns she took our food order. Did not write anything down and disappeared for another 20 minutes. She came back with some of our food but not all of our food and the food that she brought was made wrong likely because she didn't write anything down. To responded, you're right. I'll be right back another 20 minutes later she return with only some of the missing food by this time I was starting to get a little aggravated. I got up to go to the bathroom when I came back. The manager was talking with my son and my son was giving him an earful about how disappointed we were. Needless to say the manager was embarrassed and discounted our meal 50%. Personally it was still not enough to ever get me to go back there

The restaurant looks nice only because it is new. The service was bad, extremely slow another table even got their food first even though we were there first. Felt like I paid too much for food and it wasn’t even good.
