I showed up roughly 15 minutes before they closed and just wanted a simple sub, nothing crazy. I was met at the door by an employee who rudely told me that my order would not be taken. There were 2 customers getting orders made at that same time. Very rude and disrespectful people, would not recommend eating at this location

The food is great but the employee I spoke to was really rude for no reason. Simply asking for an update on my order that I placed an hour ago was enough to make her snap at me. I just don’t understand it. 35 minutes ago she said 15 minutes. She then yelled across the restaurant at me about how busy they were even though three full groups came in and cleared out and I sat there the whole time waiting. Unless you have an hour and a half to kill to wait for a 6 inch sandwich I would go elsewhere.

Ordered online. Google maps said the restaurant was "not busy" but it still said it would still be a crazy long wait. I know these restaurants are popular so I figured there was a good reason. There was absolutely no line, no dine in customers, and I could see all the other orders had been filled, but when I asked for my order the employee said they were "working on it". I ordered 2 hot subs and there was zero food being prepared on the grill and I see an employee pulling cold meat out of the cooler. This is exceptionally CRAZY poor service. I travel for work and eat at Jersey Mike's all over NC, SC, and GA regularly and it NEVER EVER takes this long to get my food when I ordered online and tipped AND waited over 30 minutes to come get it. This location needs a change in management and employee training because this is a terrible look for the brand.

My wife myself and my 3 year old went into this location today and ordered 3 subs i ordered a hot sub and they ordered two cold cut subs. After waiting 30 minutes for my sub they had already finished there subs so i went to the counter and asked what was going on with my sub? I was looked at like they had no idea i even ordered so after a few minutes of them searching for my order with no luck i got really upset and said fine just give me my money back for my sub. Not one time did they apologize or ask me if i wanted a sub made. Really poor service towards there customers i normally feed my employees there about every couple weeks but this was the last straw i will not spend another dollar in this location ever.

Absolute poor service and response from staff. Placed a mobile order and it was a half hour beyond the ready time frame. Walk-ins placed and received their order immediately. When the issue was brought to their attention, a specific staff member wanted to cancel our finally made order rather than resolve the issue. Additionally she persisted in blatant disrespect to my wife and I. No professionalism what so ever. I do not recommend this location.

I came in less then 10 mins before they closed and they were cleaning up, I didn't mind the thought of leaving and coming back a different time but they were really sweet and made my sandwich and told me it was okay. I said sorry and thank you multi times and I'm really grateful that they were so nice about it especially since I know how it feels when ppl come in when ur trying to just go home lmao

Slow! no coordination and this isn't the 1st,2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I truly hate getting orders from here. Figure it out. (Added on from the last review) I went to subway and it took them less then 3 minutes to make my sandwich. You wanna tell me why I am waiting 30 minutes for a door dash order? I unassigned the order and you wasted 30 minutes of my time I could've been making money. You had plenty of people so why does it take you guys so long everytime I come to get an order for door dash. I mean really. It's a sandwich. No organization skills, people looked like they didn't know what's going on, this is really unacceptable and you need to fix the problems.

We have been to many Jersey Mikes. To me as far as I'm concerned the taste and the quality of their sub's are a Sub above most.With that being said we stopped in Lexington's location for supper and it's definitely a small dining area.But numerous folks in and out picking up to go orders.My wife ordered a #17 Philly Cheese steak. I decided on the Italian. The cheese steak is my favorite.But we had eaten at a different location and I saw the Italian with all the toppings and I wanted one. I was not disappointed.I ordered mine with lettuce tomato onion mayo banana peppers and jalapeños.Her cheese steak came with grilled onions and mushrooms plus lettuce tomato. As with any Jersey Mikes it was not a disappointment.Both subs had plenty of meats and veggies.I do see a return visit in our future.The staff was pleasant and made our visit a good one.

First off, I requested extra meat (Philly) on top of an original Italian sub in a tub, I get this order all the time from different locations and the server states she can't put hot meat on cold meat... after deliberations she decides to finally add the extra meat.... Then I get the mikes way and she pack my "salad" up with no lettuce... I'm like where's my lettuce, oh we ran out of lettuce an hour ago the other server didn't tell you? No of course he did not if he did I would not have ordered a salad! Duh! Then I requested she add mushrooms in place of the lettuce and she said she couldn't it would be an extra charge, then I reply but then you're going to just throw all of this meat away when I don't pay for it? That doesn't make sense...
