I looked at the pizza and it was raw, taking my kids to the emergency room now, Little Ceasers if this is food poisoning I will hire every lawyer in Lexington and come after you, they just lost their mama. I just want to say that I give people grace. I ordered over the phone an hour before I went to go pick up my pizza. When I arrived, there were two people already waiting, and no one greeted me to see if my order was ready. So I stood there for another 20 minutes patiently because it looked like there was only 4 people there, but no one has bothered to come to the front to greet the people who were coming in and ask about their order. A lot of people started coming in and then they decided to come to the front. I then asked if my order was ready and guess what, it was sitting in the warmer this whole time, but they didn’t know because they stayed in the back as people were coming in.Also, one of the cooks needed to wash their hands after messing in their hair.

I was disappointed in the chaos and confusion of the kitchen staff. The wait was over double the time I was told after I already paid... BUTTT...SETH took over up front, and this young man's energy changed my irritation to a smile. It goes to show, if people could have his attitude and positive vibes, even a sour situation isn't that bad.

I placed an order through the app and was told it would be ready at a certain time. I got there only two people there and nobody else was in front of me and I stood there for 10 minutes before someone approached me. To tell me they are busy when my food is already done I won't be coming back here again.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered via the APP and waited an extra 10 mins before I even arrived. They had ONE employee making pizzas but had numerous people working, someone who didn't usually work the front counter was, told me that her not having my order ready was not her problem, told me I was going to starve (bc she wasn't going to help me), was giving away pizzas to people that were just walking in yet I still didn't have mine. When I asked for names, I was told that they didn't have to give me their names so they weren't. The service literally suck. I ended up getting a refund but this happens all the time.. this is not the 3rd or even the 5th time that this has happened. It's insane how these employees even still have a job. And don't waste your time with MGMT, she sucks too.
