If you’re not tripping over someone OD’ing from meth in the bathroom, you’re getting your entire order incorrect. I am not sure why this location can’t assemble a simple taco correctly, but it’s not the first, second, third, fourth (and so on) time that I’ve given them a chance. Save yourself the effort, don’t choose this location EVER.

Cotton Grove Rd. location is the best! They rarely get orders wrong. When they do they will correct it. The people whom work the window seem to genuinely like their jobs.
Don’t waste your time at this location went last night after spending all evening in the hospital. Went to order some food and lie to me said they had ran out of “product “ and refused to serve me and they was no where near time to close. They are lazy fast food workers at this location.. been going here 2 years and always mess up my order or forget something. I will NOT bring any more business here

I'm posting because they no longer have any affordable combos!! There used to be a 5 dollar box.. that turned into a 6 and change box.. NOW today there is NO Cheap box!! I was stuck paying 20 bucks to get two of the "cheap" combos for my husband and daughter. For 10 bucks a person I may as well eat at a real, sit down Mexican restaurant. Having said that- the employees have always been kind and respectful. It's not their fault that white collar execs are not in touch with the average American. Bidenomics has caused the average American family to pay $11,800 more every year FOR THE SAME items and standard of living. Guess what, income has not increased... but utilities Have.. Car insurance Has.. Gas prices Have..

I ordered in drive thru repeated my order 3 times to make sure they had it right when I got to the window I repeated it again and then paid received my order it was wrong I handed it back they asked me to pull forward and I did then waited 15 min for a manager to come out ask me what was wrong I explained to her she then told me I didn't tell them no lettuce and tomato when I ordered calling me a liar but said she would fix it where I then waited another 15 min to bring it out all my other food was cold by then I was beyond frustrated
Ok so food was good, but they way they handle ordering food, I don't mind using the machine to make my own order BUT the way the man approached me telling me to use the kiosk wasn't ok. His facial expression said everything like he was to lazy to take my order. Other than that everything was good besides the tables half of them need to be cleaned.

This was the worst service I have had. I order a soft toco with beef and chicken only and the first time they didn’t but the beef on the soft toco then the second time they but lettuce, cheese, beef and chicken. When I specifically ask for only beef and chicken. The 5 layer beefy burrito had a pieces of hair in it and sour cream when I asked for no sour cream. I will never be eating here again. Horrible service.
