NOT ONE COMPETENT EMPLOYEE! 100% sure this location is being sustained by an actual profitable location. I am only leaving this review in hopes upper management or corporate will see it. Out of rice…main ingredient, out of napkins…serving bathroom products to customers, out of containers…putting food in smaller containers…Waited over 25 minutes after paying for my order on their self ordering kiosk. SHUT IT DOWN!

No wonder the rating on this store is so low! The manager Laquisha was no help when I told her that the sour cream tasted expired. When brought to her attention she didn’t even check their stock just immediately said “everything’s up to date” when clearly it was not. We will not be coming here again. There are no diaper changing stations or high chairs. WORST fast food experience and that’s saying something.

Everyone was very nice, the food was great and quick. The store was clean. Seriously everything was great.
Always check your food, they left half my order off and they have no working number. I tried multiple times and called the Winston rd location which constantly rang busy.

This place is an absolute joke. When I got inside I stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anybody came or said anything. After speaking up to someone about placing an order I was told I had to order off the kiosk. The woman basically stood there and argued with me as I told her I would rather tell her my order. After placing my order on the kiosk I waited another 10 minutes to get my food and when I got it the order was wrong. I ordered a number 8 combo which was 3 Doritos Locos tacos and a drink. I made them supreme and paid extra money. When I got them they were not supreme. I went ahead and ate them because I was starving. On my way out I let a lady know and they acted like it was no big deal. Not happy at all with this place. Not sure if I'll be back.

Ordered the nach bellgrande and I swear I almost broke my teeth trying to eat them. I've never had chips so hard. This location really went down hill since the remodel.
