Today had to pull up for Hash browns, Iced Coffee & a soda. Several cars behind me received food and left. Waited over 10 mins before I had to go inside to ask for food. This is the second time in a month they pulled me up and basically forgot I was there.Makes no sense that they did not notice me sitting there waiting. Will NOT be pulling up next time. I am a regular customer. I understand that at times there is a wait and I'm normally a patient person but this was just ridiculous.
It was a busy time of morning so I expected a wait, which there was. The service to be that busy was great. The food was awful. I got a sausage biscuit and hash brown meal. The sausage biscuit had onions or something on it and I had to spit out my first bite. I should have known because the smell was so bad. I have such a nasty taste in my mouth that I could not eat my hash browns and after an hour I still can’t get the taste out of my mouth and even drink my coke. And now my...read full review

Seems they don't have a good management as they have long wait times. Seems there is no process and once you get in you hear them yelling to each other trying to do all the work...Need a leader there only that
