Horrible customer service! I did not like how my sweet tea taste so I went back and asked for another drink and I seen the young lady take a sip out of the drink as she was making it, I told them I did not want the drink. I called the manager to let them know, no apology was given or refund.

I usually have no issues with this place. Tonight my fries were these small bits and pieces like that didn't want to make more. And the Mac and cheese was old. Didn't even eat it. Waste of money Tonight.

As someone who has managed two different business, just wanted to mention that some of the younger employees in the drive-thru need better communicative/hospitality skills. Not to mention they'll use them for the rest of their lives.
