Went to store #11208 (1129 East main Street Lincolnton NC 28092) for the first time ever & the service wasn't up to par.Should've trusted my instincts,not many cars or customers there at lunchtime...bad sign. Ordered 2pc chicken combo on 11/20/21 @12:07pm the fruit punch tasted like seltzer water,the biscuit was overcooked,the Mac n cheese was dry.I didn't want any parts of it,so I asked for a refund & the manager on duty was very ghetto & it was about 4 people working but it took like 10-15 min to get me a refund & a Native American guy that works there was eating a piece of chicken right behind the counter & I didn't see him wash his hands or put gloves on,he did use tong's to place the piece of chicken in his hands,very unsanitary.I do not feel like a valuable customer & No I wouldn't recommend this particular Establishment & or Location to family & friend's.

I went through the drive through, it was a little slow going since they cook their chicken to order, it was definitely worth the wait, I love this place's chicken and biscuits

Everything was really good but I have to say the fried okra is the best. The service is great but be aware that they're cooking it as you order it so you do have to wait a little while. The advantage is you get it fresh it's hot not laying somewhere for 2 or 3 hours

Food is great, but they haven't gotten the biscuits down packed yet. There always over cooked & little to no honey. Would give 5 ? if they fixed this!

Food is fine. Staff seem bored, disinterested and completely ignore the pretty basic concept of acknowledging and greeting customers. It's basic courtesy and good manners. .This is a small town, not a lot of other traffic, and people can and will take their money elsewhere.Someone needs to get customer service issues addressed asap if they want to compete with other fast food in town. This place always appears deserted while next door and across the street have multiple cars in the drive thru regularly. Doesn't take a genius to figure out why based on my experience today.Other places (chains) before them have come and gone before and if this one doesn't improve I'd bet on it being gone within a year. Manager needs to get it done or be replaced imo

Manager doesn't believe in Covid so if there are any issues w food orders she demands food back. Only when you bring up telling corporate does she say she'll throw it away. She had the nerve to laugh when I told her I had covid so it prevented me from taking the food back since I was in quarantine. She doesn't deserve to be in a management position as she is putting people at risk with her personal views

Ordered the bucket to feed 6. Had enough chicken, but the sides were lacking in quantity. Also, they left out our biscuits and didn't notice to we almost got home. What we had was good just expected more.

The store in Lincolnton, NC is superb! I came through ordering the 24 tender family pack with extras, they made sure everything was fresh With only 2 people working and cooking the tenders fresh I still had my order in a very professional timely manner. Did I mention it is absolutely delicious?

Their chicken was way over cooked and their mashed potatoes and gravy was single sized serving with a very sweet or shall I say honey taste in the gravy. The biscuits also had honey butter on them. Would never eat their again and don't give a receipt.

OMG if you guys really like chicken you guys go to visit that place I love it I do miss petite green beans but they're most of all the chicken is the best❤❤????

This place has come a long way since it first opened. Chicken was great. Fries were best I've had from a fast food place. Definitely will be back. Great value for the $$$
