My son and I were very disappointed when we went through the drive thru and after roughly 20 mins waiting to place an order... I drove up to the window to see if they were even open. One of the staff came to the window saying "we don't use the window anymore".. what? Then why not post a sign before getting into the drive thru excited only to be let down. DQ is my all-time favorite ice cream restaurant, but NOT THIS LOCATION. This location has EXTREMELY S.L.O.W. SERVICE! Couldn't make change for a $20 bill for the customer in front of us. We left after waiting in line for 10 minutes and only two people were served. 0/10. Do not recommend this DQ location at all!

This has got to be the worst DQ in the entire world I have been sitting here at the drive-thru window 15 mins and still no one is talking to me and no one is in front of me and it's noon so they are open , I don't want a apology or anything free save your words and fix this store ,

Went to the drive thru at 5:15pm, no response after 2 mins. I backed up and pulled up again, no response again. I drove up to the window only to see a male employee just doing whatever and not caring there was a customer. Just close down and let Cookout have all your business.

I went through the drive thru yesterday and had the true pleasure of meeting the ultimate insufferable young man. His detestable behavior, offensive facial expressions, and his willingness to be arrogant and disrespectful will likely result in someone responding to his actions in an ungovernable manner. His disturbing behavior was similar to the erratic and maniacal conduct of someone strung out on methamphetamine. If you enjoy repulsive behavior by individuals serving you then this is the DQ for you! Thankfully, I am willing to drive out of my way to experience true customer service at the Denver location.

I went the other night and had placed. mobile order for pickup, got there and no one was seen and the DQ lights were turned off. Called today to try and get a refund since I ordered online and no one answered the phone. I know from previous experience there is a way to turn it off on the mobile order and yet the person who closed did not. Used to be a good place to go to but since they can’t keep staff it’s no point in going. utterly disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst of the worst. I will no longer waste my time going here for ice cream. They are never open, when they are… they have no ice cream. Pulled up today, the guy said drive thru is closed yet he’s sitting at the window on his phone just watching us. Ridiculous. Please close this establishment down and save the embarrassment for Lincolnton!

Went through the drive thru at 6:30. No one would answer. I pulled forward and there was a guy standing inside just staring at us through the window. Pulled around thinking maybe they didn't hear us and they ignored us again. You close at 7. I get you're short staffed, but just let us know you need a second if you're busy. Why even be open at all if you aren't gonna take orders?

Pulled in and silence at the drive thru speaker. Eventually pulled up to the window. Sign there "Drive thru closed". So I pulled around and went in (wanted a peanut buster parfait BAD). DQ section was dark. At least have the decency to post a sign out front so we don't waste our time driving in. Got a milkshake at Cookout in 3 minutes instead.

They are never open anymore and if they are the drive up is usually closed..The last time we did find them open they didn't have any icecream ?
