Just left Dunkin donuts without the donuts my mother wanted I will not be back to this location. Stood at counter while two employees worked on an order (understandable). Neither person spoke to me or acknowledged me but they did, look at me and turn away, they did speak to each other and they did take drive up orders (unacceptable).

The coffee is usually on point. Food is good as well. Unfortunately this mornings drive through experience left me disappointed for the second time in a week. Employees don't know the difference between an angel cream donut and a Bavarian filled donut. Twice now I've ordered angel cream and received Bavarian. Both times I drove away without checking. LESSON DEFINITELY LEARNED.

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru line while the girl flirted with the car in front of me. There were no other customers. When he pulled forward I waited about two minutes till she said she would be right with me. I waited another 5 until I just left. The service here is always awful but normally I let it go because they seem busy and have multiple cars in line or customers inside. But they never great you or say thank you. And forget having them say anything to you when you get to the window. It’s just silence like you are an inconvenience to them. I’d rather go to Starbucks or Scoops or even McDonald’s coffee rather than deal with their service.

I’ve been here several times and it seems like there’s almost always an issue with either my wife’s or my coffee order. Last time my wife’s cup was cracked in the middle and when she grabbed it, the coffee spilled all over her and my truck. The time before my coffee tasted crazy. I can’t explain it because it didn’t even taste like coffee and it was a mocha latte.So yeah, I’d say it’s a hit or a miss on any given day.

Came tonight to grab a quick ice coffee . I come in a few times a week, usually it’s the mornings . Always a good experience. But today I came in at around 8pm… sat at the menu for 10 mins , we said hello and she said one moment. Waited 5 more mins or so and then drove around… Girl with short pink hair through her hands up at the window while she was standing there talking to someone in a black SUV, which she was talkingto when we pulled in …. Very disappointed.

I got a vanilla bean and a everything bagel sausage egg and cheese. It was cold my sausage was the size of a 50 cent piece. The drink was delicious that's was I gave 2 stars but for what I paid for and what I got was not it.
