My pickup order wasn't ready when promised though there were four staff members meandering around who, after about 10 minutes, finally asked why we were there. One of the meal selections wasn't available but their online ordering system allowed it and charged for it. The dessert wasn't even in the bag, but I had paid for it and it was listed on the pickup sheet. The food itself was tasty. Maybe dine-in deserves more stars but definitely would never use their pick up option again.

Terrible. I refrain from leaving bad reviews but this experience just kept getting worse. There was one waitress, we were patient but felt bad asking for anything because of the fact she was alone. She was kind and sweet. But for the pricing of the food it was complete garbage. I called to speak with the manager , not even looking for a refund of any kind and she immediately placed the blame on the server when in fact it was a kitchen issue. Food was cold, they were out of most items advertised on the menu and still allowed us to place orders with things missing. The one thing worth eating was the bread. I haven’t been here in years and I’m not going back. I hung up without any issue being resolved simply because she placed blame on our server.

Place was clean and neat. The servers were friendly and courteous. That's where it ends. Our party ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and they forgot the cheese. Another Philly cheesesteak they didn't put on any mayo. The beef was dried out and the onions undercooked. The beer, battered, french fries weren't anything extraordinary. I paid less at a bougie bistro down the street and the food was more enjoyable.

We haven't been to fatz in awhile because of some bad reviews on facebook. We may try again to make our own decisions.

They have simplified their menu, which is good. Unfortunately, we ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was advertised as made with avocado and bacon-- sounded great but it came with neither. When the waitress finally came back to check, she made the lame apology that they were out of avocado and brought a plate of bacon. Gee thanks. I noticed they have a new manager and are now serving breakfast on weekdays and brunch (until 2:00pm!) on weekends. Hope they do better in the future. It's about all that's open on Mondays and later than 9:00pm.

Their breakfast is just not it. Everything was borderline burnt and or just tasted barely edible. The toast was the only thing I managed to finish. And who puts what looks like rosemary in syrup?

An obvious child complained about, "the white part of the egg having been gone along with the yellow runny part." You're a big person now, you can call the yellow runny part a - yolk. And, oh my goodness, some unsafe shell in your egg. Little one, the shell won't hurt you, but the amount saturated fat in the food in this restaurant certainly will. Oh and let's not forget the sugar content. Welcome to heart disease and diabetes central! Well, perhaps I shouldn't just pick this one out, most restaurants are much the same in the USA.

This was the Worst I've ever seen here....waitress had No clue what she was doing! Chicken and dumplings were the nastiest I've seen. As far as dumplings...there was None....2 maybe 3 noodles...that's it! Wife's Pina colada was all slush and she would not replace. Never see the whites of our there again! By the way...trainer stopped by just after we paid. Sad!! Should close down

I think I had to give it one star to write review or I wouldn't have. Food is awful, restaurant is filthy- it actually stinks. This was last year- haven't been back.

This place needs new management or owner. It could be a great place since Lincolnton is limited on sit down restaurants but they struggle in so many areas. Since the re-grand opening I went by there waited over an hour for my pick order and they waited till my food was ready to tell me they were out of something, so I had to wait even longer for a substitute. Today I wanted to give it another try and of course they’re out of something else and the staff doesn’t know the menu. It’s just not ran to the standards it could be.

We dined in. 7-7-23. Dinner for 2 ,ice tea to drink ran 50.00 counting 8.00 tip. Wanted the appetizer that we had in Shelby at Mother's day. Price was more expensive, told it was pick 3, in Shelby location it came with some of everything. They were out of 2 of 3 picks at 7:xx pm, so we canceled the order. Picked sides to go with meatloaf dinner they were out of 1 of the 2. We had to wait a long time for our little rolls to be done twice. That's how long our food took. My husband order salad along with chicken n dumplings. Salad was big, it was lettuce and cheese, as he asked them to hold tomato. The 15.99 serving of chicken n dumplings was so small. Never saw dumplings looked more like chicken pot pie entree instead of what he ordered. He was so hungry he ate it. Luckily my meatloaf burger was nice and thick so I gave him half of it. My garlic potatoes looked like half of a ice cream scoop and dry. I asked for butter. She brought a little frozen scoop which by time it came the potatoes were cold and the butter after stirring in made them cold where I had to ask for them to be reheated. A different waitress took care of that because ours was no where to be found. Once heated they were very good. My other side (that they did have was fried okra) it was delicious! No, I would not recommend this location.

Our servers Angela and Melissa did an exceptional job. And the kitchen manager Levell was very nice and catered to any need we had. Their collard greens were so good!
