Food is usually good. Just a few times, has there been an issue with food. Service has improved so much. I used to not stop at this McDonald's because of the service. The atmosphere is generic McDonald's.

Not friendly no respect for orders being processed very slow their manager and their shift manager look like they do drugs they tell employees to do things that's not appropriate to customers or future customers that order outside the restaurant I think they should replace their managers and their shift leaders and show better appreciation of the work ethics and values of McDonald's of how it was founded

The food was horrible and the McChickens I received were definitely old and the lettuce was not fresh... It was hard and tasted like it was put under the heat lamp for hours. Service was ehhh. It was all ehhhhh. I mean the food could have at least been hot and fresh. McDonalds has went down hill and the last 3 or4 times I been the food was old and luke warm... Nasty.

I have eaten here on multiple occasions & 4/5 times I have been, I’ve gotten rude attitudes. It is what it is, I get it. Sometimes we have bad days.BUT TODAY……(2-28-24 - Drive through at about 2:45pm.)Was a whole new level of disrespect.I was greeted with a very dull voice (not the point stay with me)I politely rejected the MyRewards & proceeded to order my food.The same very dull voice then got all high pitched (think of white chick impersonation) as she MOCKED me.There’s no need for it. It’s childish.So instead of come off like a Keren. I smiled, took my food & now I’m letting everyone else now about my experience because this is not okay. I don’t really care what your day or week has been like, you don’t disrespect people in that manor.For many, this simple encounter would cause them to have a complex on HOW NICE TO BE.& how sad it that.Do better McDonalds.I will now be going out of my way to the Denver location because this was my last straw with the Lincolnton location’s, way of communicating with their customers.

My child wanted something brought home from McDonald's we live 20 minutes away he opens the happy meal and it's empty except for a ff box with 7 fries and a toy whoever did that purposely did it. every time we have been there it was a bad experience this was the last time they rip us off.
