She told me there would be a wait of 3 mins on the tenders, here I am waiting with 3 other cars and it’s been 10! There is no one else in the line! Please make it make sense!

Quality of chicken served on the chicken tender meal was very poor pieces of chicken. The three poorly picese of chicken tenders given actually would made one tender and was not worth the price paid on March 27, 2024 at 06:12pm. Pickup the order from drive thru and didn't see the poor quality of the meal until afterwards. Tried to reach out to management and district manager with no return call or communication back to explain of the quality of the food served. This restaurant has closed doors two other times in the past.

The new crew is rude. At the beginning the service was good, but this new crew's customer service is the worst. I will no recommend and will never go back until they change the crew or train them better.

Just received amazing service here. Very friendly guy manager and girl working (sorry do not remember names). The food was fresh and they made great recommnedations! Thank you for your hardwork, my kids and I loved the food.

Placed a mobile order, my husband went to go get it. He sat there for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for food. Manager said they were short staffed. He asked for our money back, and was ignored. Got home with the food. The sandwich was burnt, the fries were cold, and rubber, and the chicken was soggy. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never go back. $55 wasted. ?
Me and my wife visited this location for lunch. The employees (Johnny and Darryl) greeted is when we came in with a big smile on their face. They were exuberantly cheerful. You could just tell they were happy to be there, and even happier to see us come in. I want to recognize these young men for his outstanding customer service. They were managing the entire store between the two of them. With exceptional attitudes. They truly made us feel welcomed. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks again Johnny and Darryl.

This location has serious staffing issues. I waited a very long time in the drive through. I got to the speaker and I had to wait longer. After several minutes, I left and went to Taco Bell. Got my food in 3 minutes.

This place is such a joke .. ordered 2 chicken Sandwiches.. was told that they would have to cook the chicken .. so I pulled behind another car. 30 mins later still no sandwiches .. car in front of me had waited over 40 mins .. after they had went inside ..This is not acceptable for any food servicesKeep your sanity go somewhere else there are much better choices that will serve you in a satisfactory time
