I've read the reviews but I have to say that I had a great experience here. The store is clean, plenty of seating and space to chill out. The customer service was great and they allowed me to try a sample of a particular coffee before buying a large. They also ground my coffee beans that I bought as a courtesy.The atmosphere is very chill, relaxed and laid back. Overall, I had a great experience and interaction with the staff. I would recommend this location if you're in the area.

I didn't have a lot of time today to make my coffee at home and decided to try out the Starbucks on the way to my job. Saw this and decided to just head on to work and deal with a drip cup in the break room. It definitely wasnt busy so it can't be managed well with a mountain of trash like that.

Ive given this location chance after chance, and the truth is they struggle to make drinks. Espresso shots are too watered down, try ordering ristretto, and it's still all water. Building drinks is still a flop, missing their own company standards. On the plus side, service is great, their always happy to remake your order. However it still comes back watered down and wrong.

Overpriced coffee. Seems how they are doing so well from the original small single coffee shop they started as in Seattle (under the space needle) they really should come down on the prices. 20 bucks for a drink and breakfast sandwich with the feeling of guilt that's attached seems bonkers to me.

No issues with the coffee, but I do have an issue with people soliciting for money while I'm working and just enjoying my time off. The staff watched as this guy came to the table and asked for money and said I should be able to afford to give money when I shop at Starbucks. Please keep an eye out for people who shouldn't be in there.

I absolutely love going here, I work at a fast food restaurant near here as a manager and everytime I go it's absolutely outstanding service and quality. The staff is always extremely nice and very helpful. I go almost every day and use my mobile ordering app. I went this evening after work and the manager on duty deserves a raise ? I wish I got her name but she was extremely helpful and did above and beyond. Keep up the good work and great job to everyone there!

I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened and I feel like I’m cheating on them if I go anywhere else!!! I go here almost everyday before work and I have gotten to know Ms. Nancy and I LOVE her!!!!! She is the nicest lady and always makes sure I have everything I need. She knows me by name and knows that I always need a straw with my drinks. She is the best and she deserves the world. Thank you Ms. Nancy, you are the best!!!!!!
Placed a mobile order. Came in about 10 minutes later. Waited another 15 minutes. My order was not ready. Several customers after me got their drinks. Somehow the sticker with my order got lost. Ten people working this morning, yet it's very disorganized.
