We absolutely love the cookies and drinks here but tonight was a not so great experience they advertised a special on the counter that was 6 cookies and 2 drinks for $18 it was called a game day special but the girl said the there was a paper on the register that said it was everyday but she wasn’t gonna do the deal and she wasn’t gonna reach out to the manager to get clarification because the manager wouldn’t respond overall wasn’t happy with how it was handled with the employee but it wasn’t on her seems the manager isn’t there for the employees

We get the sodas every Tuesday when it’s $2. It hits and never disappoints. The employees are always nice and respectful. And they have never made my drinks wrong yet. It’s now a tradition for my family to go every Tuesday. I also love their pumpkin cookie.

I’ve heard mixed reviews so I stopped in to see for myself. I like that a menu is posted outside so first time visitors can get an idea of what kind of cookies are offered. The lobby is small but inviting with a couple of tables both inside and outside. The staff are friendly and ready to answer questions about cookies and prices. For those in a hurry, there is a drive through.The display case is filled with most of what is on the menu so you get a good idea of what you are ordering.Now for the best part. These are not just ordinary cookies. They are better than I have tried before and made to order. The cookies are already made but still fresh. The icing is kept in a cooler and isn’t added until you order.For the most part they are sugar cookies with different flavors of icing that give them their great flavor. They are soft and very rich. I had to stop at one cookie.Overall, I’m glad I stopped in. The cookies are great and worth the $3 per cookie. Very long wait for only 3 customers. Cookies were ice cold, dry and no flavor at all. Prices are way to expensive. The only good thing was the pup cup. Don't go here.
Yum .. I had the privilege of eating a lemon cookie ,you guys catered the Drake appreciation drivers day , this event took place at the local Vittles. I'm now going to be a customer, beautiful cookies .You guys got a sweet thing going on ,and I like it. ? I will post pictures soon .

I’ve eaten the cookies from here twice now and really enjoyed both times. The most recent time I got a chocolate chip cookie and my wife got a cookies and cream. They were both delicious and mine was huge. It’s a great size for one per person for a special occasion.I’ve never had to wait for long in the drive through. They take your order quickly and bring it to you just as fast. We haven’t tried any of their drinks. They sound good but I’m more of a cookie guy myself.

I wanted to give 5 stars, I really did. But, I can't. The cookies and drinks need more flavor. I was so excited about our visit but was really disappointed. I expected more paying $18 for 6 cookies.

I love Twisted Sugar in Lincolnton! It is such a fun store with amazing staff! The drive thru makes it so convenient. The staff is always so helpful and make the experience of visiting Twisted Sugar so amazing! We love all of the cookies and drinks we have tried and love everything about this place!
