I completely understand short staffed and I assume that a what it is. Showed up to dine in. Was told it would be over an hour and no one was dining in. There seemed to be at least 5 people waiting for Carry out and they seemed to be angry like they had been waiting to long. I then went out to call in a carry out and was disconnected. Until they hire some more staff or get new management try a different location.

Ordered from here a few times and with each order; I am less and less impressed. My most recent order (last night), was horrible. The dough tasted mushy like it was uncooked and overall; the pizzas were bland; no flavor at all. The chocolate chip cookie tasted both uncooked and burnt at the same time (a feat in itself). I wont get into details of how sick was the next morning; but needless to say; I wont be back.

I ordered delivery. Delivery window was 25-35 minutes. An hour later still no Delivery. I called the store and was told my order was canceled because there were no drivers. The manager said he called but I had no missed calls and no cancelation email.

pizza was dark brown, crispy worse than a cracker, hard, hardly any ham and extra chicken wasn't on it plus ordered not sliced. Called to talk to manager and Curtis informed me that basically he wasn't going to deal with my issues tonight. That store was closed and if I didn't have a current order, I could call back in the morning. My issues occurred under his management so IT IS HIS PROBLEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AGAIN OF HIM!!! I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut over 40 years and get burnt incorrect pizza and manager doesn't care!

Actually getting an order would be nice. Or getting notified that my order was cancelled. Without having to call and hour an a half later myself. Being blatantly lied to that they called me, when I had zero missed calls or message.

The driver left on my food on the porch and I have dogs who would have heard him knock they live for that .anyways the driver never called us .they had our number it’s on receipt and so when made the Oder she said an hour ok fine then and hour and half went by I called them . For them to tell me .we left the pizza on the porch. the temp is 65 . plus you want to eat it hot they wouldn’t give me there names and laughed . 50 dollars worth of Pizza Hut food .is worthless.night shift it’s not over.

Ordered online for delivery, not a second after placing was told I had to come pick it up. would have had papa johns if I knew I had to go pick it up. Food was good though, may want to hire drivers.

How do I start? First I received rotten meat in my pasta (delivery). Called the store. The only thing they would do is offer me store credit. Of course they have no idea what I'm talking about when I call. I have earned a free pizza online and have spent two months trying to order from them and get it with my order. They took my order on two different occasions, took the money, then cancelled the orders. The last time, roughly two weeks ago, I placed an order online. When I looked at the delivery time it was 3 hours and 45 minutes away. I GIVE UP. KEEP THE FREE PIZZA!

I placed a to go order and had my boyfriend pick it up. He gets it home and we realize the boneless wings we ordered, were not there. I call to let them know and asked them to remake them because I didn't want cold wings. He goes back to get them, the lady assured him that they were remade and brings them back home. They were hot...but they were the wrong wings! It was supposed to be boneless and they made bone in. ?‍♀️

I ordered online, waited the appropriate time, arrived in parking lot, called and announced my arrival and the Parking space I was located in, the associate said they would be right out with my order, I sat and waited a full 20 more minutes and someone finally came out and asked who I was, I told them my name and another associate came out behind the first associate and had my order. Apparently, it had been sitting inside. I was not satisfied with the time it took to receive my order - but the food I ordered was good.

It was so easy to order online and receiving an email confirmation took the guesswork out of when order would be ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I went to pick up and pay for the order. I also appreciate being able to pay in store versus having to enter my card number online.

Placed an order on the app at 7:24pm. Never received food or a phone call from the store. Called and was placed on hold for over an hour and still could not get a human on the phone. Pizza was paid for but pizza was never received. Will absolutely never order from here again and do not recommend.

1.5 hrs to get my carry out order Via curbside. Called when I got there 40 minutes after order. Said they'd be out shortly. At 60 minutes called again. They apologized and said it be out. Girl came out 15 mon later to explain they were short staffed. She finally brought out. Long time customer but we'll try competitors next time.
