This is by far one of the coolest places I’ve ever been to. Local taps, smoker with brisket and bbq plus a trout pond to fish while you enjoy a draft. Bait and tackle provided. You can also have them cook your catch. Plenty of outdoor seating and room for kids to play. This place is a must visit.
Came when they first opened couple years ago. Knew it was gonna be cool place! They have done lots to the property since then. Serving local brews and wines. Also serving some good BBQ! The porch is nice to chill and watch the kids enjoy trout fishing. Owners are nice as can be. Wish they'd play some local mountain/bluegrass/ easy music rather than hard to meh rock. Am sure they are not even aware, and this is not a negative hit on them. We are just old souls with regard to music....read full review

Found this place "by accident" when we were driving to Linville Caverns. They had set up a smoker up just off the road and the smell lured us in.You drive along a gravel drive back off the road for a short bit and the scene opens up to a beautiful setting of the "barn" and decks and ponds.
