This location is ridicules! Dining room tables were dirty, trash on the floor. Employees not paying attention to the guests, talking loudly and joking inappropriately, the wait for my order was almost 20 min. when they realized they hadn’t even started it.

Large Cole Slaw is only half full each time I order with chicken meal. If you pay full price, you should get a full container.I'm thinking about not returning as this is alwaysthe case.

How many ways did this transaction go wrong!1) while ordering #1 combos, employee informed me that they did not have buns to make the burgers. I asked which burgers could order, the employee stated again they couldn’t make the burgers. Again I asked which could I order, finally a second voice came on and stated they could make burgers but would have to use different buns. I was completely fine with that and gave the rest of my order.2) At the window, the employee took my payment and started handing me the drinks(5). We ordered 2 dr peppers, 2 cokes and a sprite. When the 2nd drink came out I asked the employee which drink was it, coke or Dr Pepper?, as the lids did not indicate. Her response was “it’s the wrong time to be asking me that”. I explain that it is important to me and I I cannot tell the difference due to the 2 sodas being same color and was only met with back talks as she continued to hand me the drinks.3) As I’m waiting for my food, I see the QR code sticker on the window, which states for visit feedback.I pull out my phone to scan the code, a lady who identified as Vendi(the Manager duty) comes to the window and asked if I’m recording her employees? I ask, does it matter what I’m doing? She then states she’s gonna refund my money. So I then inform her of the QR code, which she seemed clueless about and continued to run her mouth before walking away from window.As I sat there and continued to wait for my food, I decided it was best for me to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.The window cashier needs training on customer service and respect.The manager needs training on customer relations and management.This is one restaurant location we will never visit again. Do what you will with this information, but poor management and customer service will kill any profit this business expects to generate.As I write this, I cannot help but to think,, does Hardee’s have a policy to not record employees? Is there a sign on the promises? I am being recorded by their cameras, did I give them permission?Not that I care to record an employee pouring tea from the canisters to 1/2 gallon jugs, it has me thinking.

The french toast sticks were so hard and cool to the touch you could not even pull them apart this Hardee's is bad about barely warm food served to the public that pays their bills by spending their money there to eat. We want hot food if we wanted barely warm food we would eat leftovers from last night at
