We were in a hurry today to get to a soccer game in Charlotte. We placed an online order to pick up on the way. It was Sunday just after church, and after placing the order the pickup time was 50 minutes out. We arrived and just asked the team if this was correct. Restaurant was full, and to go orders everywhere. They simply put our order in line for completion. Several came in after us, and they stepped them in line as well. Everyone worked together as a team, no one complained, no one seemed stressed, and all orders were soon caught up. Even more impressive was the large take out order that went out in the middle of this. Kudos to the entire team for working together and getting the job done.

We love going to jersey mikes every now and then. But at this location we have not gotten the best service the past couple times. There is a black lady that works at this location and I believe she is the manager. I have seen her here every time we have gone. She is very rude to customers and condescending towards her employees. The other employees there are very nice and do a great job. But every time I have to order with her, she is very rude and completely ruins the sandwich she makes. Tonight my sandwich was made so poorly by her when I ordered the wrapper in the store, the bread was soaked and my sandwich was falling apart to where I had to eat it with a fork. I hope someone can look into this location. Needs a new manager and keep the employees.

Hi, we went to Locust store tonight as we do often. There was a black lady in the store working with a mountain of hair on her head. She was very rude and was trying to be loud and make my son who has a tbi injury to look bad in front of customers for no reason. I'm not sure why the lady was being unprofessional or being so inconsiderate. Just wanted to bring to your attention. Everyone else was kind and polite. I ask this to be addressed or may lose some good customers. Thank you for your timeCustomer

Out of all of the Jersey mikes I’ve been to, this location by far was the most chaotic of the bunch. Before I was even able to select what I wanted on my sub, I was rushed to the cash register to checkout. I then had to go back into the line to finish selecting what I wanted on my sub sandwich. The same process continued for everyone else in line. Thank goodness that I remembered to ask about my drink, because in the midst of being rushed by the cashier, she never gave me my cup. If you don’t know what you want before you walk inside the store, go ahead and turn around.

Extremely rushed by cash register attendant. It made the experience chaotic. As soon as I ordered my sub , I was rushed down to the register to pay. I had to get back in line and squeeze between other people to pick my veggies.

I'm that person...I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I felt awful about it and apologized but the staff were amazing and fixed my 2 sandwiches perfectly! Akerria smiled her beautiful smile and was so kind even though I'm sure she wanted to rip my head off for coming in at closing time. She laughed and joked with me and assured me that it was no problem that I came in at the last possible minute. Nasir was also super friendly and never made me feel like a last minute jerk! The entire staff were friendly and helpful but Akerria and Nasir really stood out and delivered perfect customer service! The sandwiches were perfect, the store was clean and the employees were amazing. This Jersey Mike's is an asset to our community and I will happily give them my business! Thank you, Akerria and Nasir...y'all deserve a raise for being so kind and welcoming!
