Love this coffee shop. I literally live in Southern Illinois and drink only Blue Collie coffee. I buy it or my family brings it to me from Louisburg North Carolina Blue Collie Coffee Shop. ( I have connections) Everyone there makes you feel like your home. They have a great Chai tea, sandwiches and specialty rolls also. The workers there are amazing. And if you see Nancy, tell her hello for me. ?
I was looking for a place within walking distance of the courthouse. Found this little spot on Google Maps and read the reviews. I ordered online through DoorDash Storefront Pick-up, bc a few reviews said that they may be a little slow (also no service charges). I walked in when it said that my order would be ready and it was right on time. Ordered a White Chocolate Frappe and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Frappe was delicious! Grilled Cheese Sandwich was just enough to fill me up. And it came with a cute maget for the fridge with kitchen measurements. I will definitely stop by again when I am around the area. Super nice people, cute and friendly atmosphere!

Forget Starbucks! Highly recommend stopping here and supporting this small, local business. The coffee was DELICIOUS but what my kids and I loved most is they truly are an “organization, where students and young adults with disabilities are provided opportunities to do meaningful work, and interface with our local community in a small business setting.” Now THAT is cool AND they did a better job than the average Joe!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first time visiting Blue Collie coffee. It was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. Their iced chai latte is amazing! The sandwiches were fresh and just like home. We will definitely be returning!
It is a very small place. Service is incredibly slow. The people are very nice and kind. The food is good, but be ready to wait, and it is not a real kitchen. The food is more like snacks and stuff. Sandwiches are decent, but again, it is just a microwave, a home style toaster oven with home speed toaster oven. Ibwould recommend but be warned if you had other expectations.

Blue Collie is a small town cafe with so much charm run by folks who love what they do. Plus they offer a great selection of food beyond the typical pastries. Speaking of pastries, I'm not sure who makes their pastries, but they are rather outstanding. It should also be noted that the cafe sits in a fun district that includes bars, restaurants, an art gallery, and more. Louisburg may be a small town, but it has a lot to offer.Recommend.

Wonderful staff and shop. Always happy to support local businesses, especially those that make a point to employ those with special needs.

We stopped in today with our puppy and were delighted. We love our coffee shops and have been to quite a few. Having recently moved into the area we are looking for our new coffee spot and this is it. Their drinks were very well done, their baked goods were delicious and they were very accommodating of our new puppy. We would highly recommend you stop in and we’ll definitely be back!

We stopped by this little town on our travel and it’s probably one of the most inviting and welcoming coffee shop we’ve ever been too. Great atmosphere and the owner was really kind. The coffees and the breakfast was also wonderful.
