Love Bojangles, can’t STAND this location. The last 3 times have been an absolute disaster of an experience getting food. Orders are always wrong and attitude consistently given by staff as well as management. I can overlook once or twice but three times and a customer has been lost. Ordered a chicken biscuit combo with fries, Cajun club with bo rounds, and a picnic dirty rice, woman taking orders was accurate but rude. Got to window and said how order was wrong, sides were wrong and no dirty rice given. When asked upon, cashier says “well I don’t have your receipt (itemized one) from your bag, and I don’t take orders so I can’t help you it’s not my job to take orders so I don’t know what’s right but you weren’t charged so what’s the issue?” There was NOT a receipt. Management steps in, “well you weren’t charged so there’s nothing to do about it” and continued to argue. Mistakes happen but there is NO need to be so rude and aggressive when mistakes are called out. The sad part is this is NOT the first time this happened, but it will be the last time it happens to us as customers at this Louisburg location. Do NOT go here unless you want to be argued with and belittled.
