I felt like having a mocha on Monday after seeing my dentist ( a treat for myself! ) not the place I usually go to was closed so Google gave me this as an option. The last time I came here was when I moved to this area SIX years ago!!!I got a mocha frappe and it was so amazing I had a total of FOUR in a week!!!!I'm never going to waste my money on a watery Starbucks mocha frappe again! Trust me you won't either if you try this one!!!I also tried the frappe that shalt not be named and that was pretty awesome too!!

I used to work at a coffee shop and when someone orders regular coffee, iced or hot, the cashier gets it right away so the barista can focus on the espresso drinks. That didnt happen here. The woman who took our order for 2 black iced coffees left the cups for the barista and started doing dishes(?!). Meanwhile the barista made 5-6 specialty drinks before she finally got to ours to which she poured hot/warm coffee over ice so when we got our order the coffees were room temperature. Waited 15 mins for warm coffee. Never again.

After having ordered for delivery, we received a burger missing the patty and the order went down hill from there. Nothing was correct Nothing was edible. Went to the store a couple days later to have them correct the order. The manager must have been hired by a family member because his lack of professionalism and leadership was horrifying after telling him the woman making the food had no gloves, the manager not thinking I had seen her whispered for her to get gloves, but he told me I was lying. I had them remake the order, the woman apologized. Go at your own risk! Health risk

Didn't get a receipt for my debit card payment. Slow moving drive thru. Ordered single cheese everything. When I got home the tomato was left off.

Enjoy a nice cup of joe every once in a while. The 2 guys working the counter where really helpful. It's nice to ask about a product and get a good explanation with a sample.

They have the best chocolate caramel lattes ever they had a new person there working the counter they really wouldn't knowledgeable on how to make a chocolate caramel latte but it was still good nonetheless even if it wasn't done properly lolJust came back today after a couple of weeks and it's improved a bunch the chocolate caramel latte is awesome the new person behind the bar is great
