Came in at 3:50 pm. Paid for my food at 4:00. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. There was not enough chicken made or fries. (I heard them talking) I was/am the only person inside. No one has even spoken to me about why it's taking so long for my food. My food was ready at 4:25. No explanation on why it took so long. One would think since it's dinner time they would have chicken cooked.

Everything I come through the drive thru, they make me pull up and wait for $10 worth of food. Today I gae my order then drove up and was asked what did I just order 2 seconds ago. I said 2 steak biscuits and a order of boberries. She then took my money and didn't even tell me the total and gave me 7 back out of a 10. I said mam, I just told u I ordered 2 steak Biscuits and boberries. She then got mad and said I just asked you what u ordered And u only said boberries. Then asked me to pull up after handing me a order of boberries. Mind you, there is Noone behind me or in front of me... I have to wait 7 minutes....Omg... they have to many fasties trying to be fast and missing the complete conversation they have with the costumer. My biscuits were nothing but dough.. I mean just a mouth full of uncooked biscuit. Gross!! Then I try to call them and no answer at all. I will be calling later when the have better workers on another shift to deal with my complaint.. going to stop coming here for lunch. Already gave up on them for breakfast because hardees biscuits are way better.. especially there gravy and biscuits...

If I could give them a 0 I would. Service was poor, the girl in the drive thru got our order wrong. We ordered a bunch of biscuits, a bunch of bo-tato rounds and drinks. We got one of each. This was after repeating my order at the drive thru twice and at the window cause it didn't look like she was computing. Went back around the drive thru and had to sit and wait for 15 mins, then went in to get our food because nobody brought it out. It was extremely greasy. The bo-tato rounds were just a mouth full of oil. Outside was dirty but it was close to Church.

Well, you asked...The men's room smelled like a cat box. Overwhelming ammonia. The parking lot was full of booze bottles and a used condom. The guy behind the counter was friendly but slow. The fries were way over salted and the sandwiches seemed thrown together.

In town for work and this location is supposed to be open at 5am. You are extremely lucky if you’re able to get somebody to take an order before 6-6:30. You can walk inside and nobody will talk to you. Save yourself the time if you’re an early riser and just go to the Hardee’s or wait for Chikfila to open. At least neither one of those locations support laziness.

There were approximately 760 Bojangles locations in the United States as of September 2021. The chain is known for its great fried chicken, buttery biscuits, and a menu filled with Southern comfort food classics. Whether you're a fan of their famous Cajun-seasoned chicken or their hearty breakfast options, Bojangles offers a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. This particular location is on the south side of Fayetteville road right off I-95. It is a stand-alone building. There is a nice parking lot outside and they have a drive-through option for those visitors that want the convenience. Inside it has a good size seating area with booths around the sides and tables in the middle. You order at the counter and pick up your food when ready. Drinks are from a drink station next to the counter and include two different types of tea and soft drinks. On my recent visit, the inside was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to my fellow travelers. So, if you're in Lumberton and are craving Southern-inspired fast food, this Bojangles outlet is likely to hit the spot.

Today was my 1st time visiting Bojangles. The food was hot & fresh. I highly recommend it. The Operation Manager, Keitha, and the gentleman in the back were friendly. Lots of southern hospitality. Thank you all for the delicious food.
