Revising is important especially when there is a change in management/workers. Food was fresh, staff was kind, and waiting wasn't very long. Glad to see such a quick transformation within a year.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is a good option.

As a vegetarian it's very hard to find places to eat at here in Lumberton but I was so excited when Burger King started serving plant-based impossible burger. So when I am able to order delivery from here I'm really excited because I miss burgers but I don't eat dead animals. Is it too much to ask a fast food burger restaurant to take a little bit of care into the food that they are preparing for people that are paying for their service. The people that are preparing our food here I'm sure go to other restaurants and expect the same out of them that we or I am expecting when I am paying $20 for one person order for delivery. No I don't think it's asking for too much my first job at 16 was Carl's Jr (Hardee's) I was so proud of that job and I did great at my job. So I really believe it comes from higher up. Managers, shift supervisors and the suits. The reviews are what they are here because there is no accountability for what is being prepared and served to their guest. I was offered a Southwestern avocado impossible burger on the app. Something different than their impossible burger. The picture looked awesome so I'll order delivery, I was very excited to see my fries were hot they included in the bag napkins straw ketchup and the barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets I got for my dogs but when I opened up the southwestern impossible burger I was stunned to see how thrown together it was I don't even need to explain how bad it was the picture says it all. Also I asked for extra southwest sauce it was dry and I didn't taste one bit of sauce as a matter fact I added the ketchup they sent in the bag. I was so starving I just ate it and I'm so disappointed y'all need to do better and y'all need to give a crap, Allll the way up!!!

Took 20 mins in the drive thru to get an order I did not place. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onions, and heavy pickle. I got two patties, with onions, and comments dripping all over the place.

Bad service almost every time I come here, especially at the drive thru window. They are super slow and they have no manners and no customer service skills. They girl at the drive through window hardly said a word to me. I only went here because I wanted a whopper meal while in this area, and usually it’s pretty good. Seriously, I’d much rather give a good review anytime but you don’t deserve one.
So I went to Burger King an was look at the menu an instead of going with my usual the Bacon King I decided to try the new Bacon whopper melt cause it "looked so good on the picture" well we'll we'll to my surprise I was absolutely nothing like the picture!!!! The patty was small like the kids meal cheese burger patties an it was burnt to a crisp an hard like a potato chip. The cheese was cold an not melted at all but they call it a melt....the bread was only toasted on one side of one piece of bread. I don't know if all are like this or this Burger King just got it wrong. If I would give negative stars I would smh....

A good experience- I was in transit and needed a place to stop for a quick lunch….this BK provided easy access from/to the Interstate, the restaurant and the restroom were clean, the service was quick, my order was filled correctly, and the food was good…can’t reasonably ask for any more than that!

Very unprofessional very rude every time I go to the food is not good and they're always messing up my order I finally had a nerve to call I bring my receipt in 2 days later after I called and I wouldn't take it I suggest no one go to this Burger King I wouldn't even give it one star but I have to so I could rate it
