service horrible , the girl in drive thru says 479 for a order that cost 3.59 pork chop with gravy biscuit I tell her that sounds wrong she says it's tax , 7 cent on a dollar is not that much . She then says well the menu said it cost more than the menu you see out there so that is what I have to charge you . I didn't buy it people start checking what your being charged these people are crazy and stealing money with false advertising .... Smh

I get super sausage bis. Every day today they were salty I called them they were rude to me I live 45min away I bring them home for me and my lady they tell me I have to bring them back today to be replaced omg I will never stop there again and you should not stop either they are rude and very disrespectful DONT EAT HEAR.......

Pull up to the drive-through at 11:05 and they tell me they’re still serving breakfast because they don’t wanna do anything. Service is terrible. While the managers outside smoking. If you can avoid going here, please do or otherwise you will be wasting your money!

I waited 10 minutes to be served while the manager and employees stood around talking. The establishment was empty at the time.
Nasty nasty nasty. Traveling and stopped in for food before hitting the road for another 11 hours. Ordered food and sat down. Sandwich had ketchup and mustard. Asked for only mayo. Cashier verified what I said was on the ticket. Told guy making Sandwich that he made it wrong. He argued that it wasn't ketchup it was special start sauce. Asked her to have him remake it as she even saw that specific toppings were requested. He got mad and took his bare hands with the cleaning rag and placed my bun in the bun oven. Immediately Told the cashier I'm not comfortable eating a sandwich if he didn't wash his hands or wear gloves. She laughed and called the manager. The manager was in the restroom. Waited about 20 mins. She came out and said what combo do you want a refund on. Didn't ask what happened. So I explained. She laughed. The other cashier laughed and then involved another customer in it.Very unprofessional. Leaking roof. Floor soaking wet no sign and employees eating while working and making food.

The guy making our food was Shawn and had no gloves on touching the food, was picking up the buns with a wet wash cloth and when we asked for a refund we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get our money back. Be careful coming

They only except exact change or credit/debit, I'm not one for big government, but if they can't make change for normal small bills, then it should be free, cash is supposed to be accept for ALL DEBTS PUBLIC OR PRIVATE. The lady ignored me for a good 6 or 7 minutes then rang me up with the drive thru computer, and I had planned to tap to pay, nope, it was at behind the counter, but I did have a physical card so oh well. Next, just over 1.5 hours before closing, no sweet tea, this is the South! The burger was messy but decent, fries were about half full and cold/old. Bathrooms were not as disgusting as I come to expect along i95 in North Carolina, but bad enough. Highly suggest this one gets skipped, gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give 0.
