I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered online 30 min prior and got notification it was ready. Arrive at the store to find the door locked and drive thru lines to the road. I can see my pizza in the to go box they have. So I jump in line and the speakers broke once I got there. After an hour wait I finally arrive at the window where I’m met with rude and demeaning employees. Can’t find my order at first until they check the box then they sit it on the table for another 5-10 min while they disappeared in the back. Came back and handed it to me with a sarcastic smirk and I drove off. If I didn’t have my children in the car I woulda went a different way. Pizza was cold and horribly made. Won’t be returning to this location and I don’t suggest anyone else either.

absolutely slowest service i have ever experienced. ordered online and was told would be ready in 20 minutes. sat and waited while it said food was in oven for over 30 minutes, so we decided to just go and see if it was ready. was met with a drivethru with 6 cars ahead and line not moving one bit. i work in fast food, drivethru specifically, and i can understand being understaffed but this was just absurd. overheard two employees going to get dinner for everyone (leaving only 2 employees in the building) while waiting, while there were probably 7 people inside alone. horrible management of time, food was not worth the wait either. don’t even try coming here anywhere NEAR dinner time.

This location is horrible. I have to come here at least once a day for DoorDash and it is run by slow, inexperienced workers. They have zero social skills, do not greet you, or speak to you at all, even to take your order, unless you holler to get their attention. No matter how busy they are, they DO NOT HUSTLE!! PERIOD!! Attitude all around, and to top it all off, the pizza is terribly made (air bubbles, cheese on crust, burned pepperoni, etc...) would NOT recommend??

Slow isn't even the word. Almost an hour in the drive through. Oh yeah and the drive through speaker doesn't work so that doesn't help matters either.

Let me start by saying I gave it one star because I had to; if I had to give it what I felt it would be a -5 stars. I’m not one to complain about restaurants and as a matter of fact, I’ve never even written a review on one, but with the experience I had with them I just had to say something. When we arrived I went in to see if I could just order inside but there were so many people in there that I couldn’t get through. So I decided to go on through the drive thru. There were about five or six cars ahead of me, and there was a sign on their display saying that we had to order at the window. It’s around 8:20 when I got in line and we sat there thinking well they’re probably putting some fresh ones in and they’ll be done soon so the line can move forward. Well, they served four cars and again we come to a stop. I was second in line by this time. We sat in that spot for forty five minutes before I pulled out and pulled up to the door. There were cars parked everywhere along with the cars wrapped around the building. I walked in and was quickly turned around and told they were closed and if I wanted a pizza that I’d have to get back in line!!! I can understand when they’re short handed, but they could’ve had the decency to make the customers aware of that. So I wasted an hour and twenty five minutes of my time and still wasn’t served by a pizza joint who’s supposed to be “hot n ready”! I can’t see myself coming back here unless they do an overhaul with the staff.

First of all the there was a sign on the speaker to “pull around and order” so my husband did. We ordered 1 pizza… the lady told us to go park and they’d bring it out. We parked, 30 minutes later NO PIZZA. My husband attempts to go inside to see if it’s ready and they locked the doors. We pulled back through the drive through only to be met with attitude and the lady at the window complaining of sweating, so much. It goes without saying i was disgusted after she put our pizza in the box while SWEATING ON IT. The whole experience was terrible!
