Today Friday Feb 9th 2024. Called in and Ordered my food at 2:25pm for the lunch special. I show up my order wasn’t even taken down at all. Front desk lady thought I was a walk in. She decides to take my order again and that my food wasn’t ready and to wait 2 min. For them to make another one. Not eating food cooked in 2 min. They didn’t even try to fix the situation at all. I order at least 2-3 times or more a week. Terrible customer service but great food.

Food was good until I get towards the end of my plate and noticed there was a small black bug mixed in the Lo Mein. Had I not noticed it had legs I probably would’ve ate it. Safe to say, I threw the plate away along with the second one I purchased. This is not to bash the restaurant but please be sanitary. Bugs should not be in people’s food. This is unacceptable.

We got an order to go and they forgot the shrimp toast, don't know if we charged for them. And the crab ragoons were burnt! We use to order from them all the time, but stopped about 10 years ago, because of things like this and I guess we won't be ordering from them again! :-(

Got to step up your Chow Mein game bc that was pretty bad. It's just 90% cabbage, two water chestnuts, and a few pieces of broccoli and for the price, there should be more veggies than that in the VEGGIE chow mein but sadly I have had worse and the customer service was very nice. I just can't go back after that. Oh, and way too much salt like whoa
The food used to be very good. Now it's dry and tasteless with the exception of salt, salt, and more salt.
I love this place- good food, quick, great service. Nice people. Take out only.
