Took my wife to eat for her birthday and we enjoyed it the waitress was nice as well as the girl who held the door open as we left very friendly staff and the food was amazing. My wife had a blooming onion and a salad and I had the Outbacker burger
Service was poor, had to ask for water and condiments more than once although there were few customers.Food was not served hotI ordered chicken on the bbq, it was overcooked/dry with a side of grilled shrimp and there were 4 small shrimp on the plate when served for 7.99. This is not what was displayed on the menu.My margarita was good but I think they forgot the Tequila.My boyfriend ordered steak & lobster. The steak appeared to be pan fried vs bbq with no seasoning however cooked per order medium rare.I was looking forward to a tasty hot meal following a 10 hour drive and was extremely disappointed. Next time I’m served a meal like this I will return it, leave the restaurant and go elsewhere.

Went to outback for my wifes Birthday in early March 2024. Order the same meal filet mignon barrel cut. Steaks arrived in a reasonable time, hers was a barrel cut mine wasnt. The server apologized and proceeded to send an assistant manager over. The manager is said they were the same even though my wifes was 2+ inches think and mine was about an inch. This was a 32 dollar steak. After discussing this with her they removed the item from our bill. My wife did enjoy her meal as I ate the appetizer we had purchased. She felt bad about eating alone on her birthday but her meal was good. Very disappointing way to spend a Birthday!!!
