The cheesebread is never cooked all the way through. I tried it on 3 different occasions. I bought a big pizza box and my gf said same thing about the cheese bread. The customer service is on point though.

So when you have a Manager who will go the extra mile to say sure we will deliver maybe not even a half a mile out of the delivery route. And another Manager in the same store refuses to after they see how much you spend and often you spend in this store on west 5th Street in Lumberton is shame on you one manager for losing your store business from not only giving good tips as well... Pizza hut head office on 1/11/23 @ 4:30 pm you Lost regular customers due to a manager not having the compassion to go just a little extra.. why business close poor management decision.. I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE A 3.9 ratings.. By the way Thank you DOMINO'S PIZZA FOR YOUR DELIVERY COMING THE SAME DISTANCE AS PIZZA HUT THE EXACTLY SAME DISTANCE

Place an order for 2 lg pizzas and bread sticks with a 2 liter Mountain Dew. Received a Dr Pepper instead. Called the store which claimed they were out which claimed they called to ask if I wanted something else but they lied as I was sitting here waiting on my food by my phone. I could of went back in and got something else or got a 3.00 credit. BS. At a RV park and the Delivery driver left the food at the wrong table and didn’t bother to notify me that it was there. Contactless delivery they are to knock on the door and wait until the customer answers. Food was Less than edible plus the delivery driver got way too much of a tip for an inaccurate order. Never again a Pizza Hut!!
