I am currently in line and have been for about 15 minutes. I pull up to the window and the staff person looks at me and starts laughing, then opens the window and asks me my order. He then closes the window and goes thru the restaurant side door and is laughing. He comes back in a few minutes and tells someone else something and she looks at me. A 3rd staff member comes to the window and she is looking at me. He finally opens the window again and I ask him, Why do you keep looking at me? He says, "Oh, I just gave the lady in front of you, your order. But it's ok, we're making yours again. Grinning, laughing the whole time. I was humiliated. Will never go here again.

The chicken was fresh ... but dry The dirty rice was old and stale very dry and had no consistency of flavor at all Was sitting in the drive through for well over 35 minutes with a hungry 6 year old and staff was taking there time to fix orders . They lacked sense of urgency , they didn't care and made it known of such . I will not be returning back to this Popeyes again fast food was very slow food

ONLY because they were not opened at the proper time The manager could not open til he had staff. We were traveling through and couldn't wait til they could open. I find it sad that our businesses cannot function properly because nobody wants to work. Not his fault and I only gave a two star because we didn't eat their delicious chicken and disappointed.

Very nasty place, flies galore, constant leaking ceiling at drive thru, food everywhere on floors and countertops, no heat lamps on the food at all, managers turn a blind eye even when pointed out to them, food must sit until sold out because the food was not even warm and employees lie and say that it is ...but yet refuse to touch it or look at temp to prove otherwise. I will never ever go back here again!

Was in this drive thru from 4:04 to 4:30! They said they were doing a shift change and never came back to the speaker! Worst place ever!! Bad customer Service!! Close this place DOWN ASAP !! Nobody wants to work!! This happens every time

They are getting worse. Employee's don't care...Manager looks other way. Ordered 12pc nuggets combo (advertised on store sign - try our nuggets) on the app. Got up to window and was handed a small bag with potatoes and biscuit. She said they are out of nuggets and expected me to just drive away. She said money was refunded-it wasn't-was individually charged for side, biscuit and drink-what a great meal!-with some coaxing she did the "right thing" and gave me a small breast & leg. Has to ask twice for drink and fork, I asked for napkins, got a hateful look and was told they were out of them too. All lights in and out were off. So dark in drive through at order screen that it looks like a spot to risk being robbed,killed or raped. Sign was off, dining room dark-I guess they hoped potential customers would think they were closed- get paid for doing nothing. Management/Owner needs to pay more attention to their investment; unless they intend this venture to show a loss to offset another profitable business.

I ordered through Doordash. The 8 piece chicken was cold, and consisted of 4 wings, 3 thighs and one leg. The red beans and coleslaw were only 2/3 full. When I called the store, the manager tried to blame it on the Doordash driver, and was openly contemptuous of my complaint. This place has steadily gone downhill ever since it opened.

Workers often don't have on mask. i get a chicken sandwich one week and it is unbelievable. I got one this week it had a drop of Mayo and the chicken breast was extremely thick but covered half the bun. No consistency

The place is filled with kids - most were not wearing masked and the ones that were had them resting below their mouths. Beware!

The food is banging especially the chicken sandwiches of course. Customer service could be better, but we all know employees are just tired of us customers from the questions about that chicken sandwich. It's now back and will stay for a long time. We don't have to worry about that anymore so I'm giving 5 stars
Thought we'd stop in on a road trip, ordered a couple simple chicken tender combos and we're still sitting in the drive-thru. It's been 35 minutes, please send help.

Well my daughter took me there to get some food and I tell you the staff was not organized and the lady that was hanging out the orders was rude and did not k ow which order went to who she called out the wrong name for the the wrong order. They let clients touch food with out making sure it's their order..........
