I ordered my food through DoorDash. Unfortunately, I already knew that my food was going to be wrong because it always is every time I order from Popeyes. I gave it the benefit of the doubt again today my DoorDash arrives with my sealed bag of food, which was great. But let’s go back to when the dasher picks up the food the drive through person was rude to her and told her she had to come into the establishment to get the order, The manager was mad at her for coming into the establishment to pick up the food, the manager then handed her my food and said that’s everything. My DoorDash arrives at my home half of my order is missing. All of my chicken is wrong and I had no drinks. I contacted DoorDash regarding the issue. I proceeded to sit down to eat the WRONG chicken that I was given because I just worked a long shift and needed food that I paid $65.00 for, it was undercooked You cannot eat RAW chicken I don’t know what is wrong with that establishment. It needs to be under new management or somebody needs to get in there and clean that place up because it’s a mess. I’m done. This is the last time I’m never ordering from there again.

Went through the drive thru and from the time I pulled up in line to leaving the parking lot was a ridiculous 50 minutes. After taking my money at the window I was asked to pull up, no problem. I watched the car that was in front of me go back inside because his order must’ve been wrong. I watched the car that was behind me pull up, then back up to the window because their order was wrong. When I finally got my food, it was completely wrong, not even close to being right. I went in and had them give me the right food, or so I thought, and when he handed me the bag he never spoke a word. No sorry about the mix up, sorry it took so long, not even a thank you. After I got home then I realized the 2 piece white chicken meal was dark meat. This Lumberton store has terrible customer service and has got to be the slowest fast food in the county. I highly recommend going elsewhere for a good chicken sandwich.

i’ve tried to eat here numerous times and it’s been hit or miss, but tonight was my last straw everything i asked for they were out of okay cool i finally find something to eat that they’re not out of and i asked to make sure of before i ordered, paid $16 for my meal and didn’t get anything that i had asked for and when i asked her why she said “well we only had one left when i took your order” okay so why wasn’t that stated upon taking my order and my money? didn’t cause a scene and just let it be but will not be going back ??

In most ways excellent. However having managed fast food places in the past, I recognize when fries are not fresh but rather reheated, and the fries were indeed old. The chicken etc was fresh and excellent which is why I still provided a high rating.

I have a great experience Everytime I go there. It's just the great hospitality and service provided with the food that keeps me coming back. Mr. Donald is definitely an asset to the company. He is polite, courteous and just have amazing customer service skills. It also amazes me that he is a great multitasker and provide service with a smile. came to drive through sat for 5 minutes on christmas eve to get a chicken sandwich and no one answered probably had headset off talking about how bad they wanted to go home get a grip on reality and lock in and do your job.
We don't have Popeyes in my area so I have to stop whenever I am in a town that does have one. Even though they were closing, Kimberly made sure I got my spicy chicken sandwiches and was so nice. Thank you, Ms.
